Our living room is spacious with recliners for five people. The back deck is secluded for a relaxing evening. Our single story floor plan and walk-in shower allow for ease of mobility. The hard wood floors are great for kids and pets. We offer a fenced yard and kids toys for entertainment. A charcoal grill is available for your use. All energy for the house comes from renewable resources.

4 buddies annual salmon crab trip! Did not disappoint! Good communication with host, house was clean and perfect. No issues. Comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again.

The pictures were pretty accurate, the deck was very private which was nice. The location was very central. Our only real complaint was the cleanliness, the bathrooms were clean (tho the master bath shower needs a mat, it tends to be slick) other things weren't very clean, I did message the host who apologized and I trust it will be taken care of. Definitely recommend eating at the Fishermans seafood market on the boardwalk, excellent fish and chips and fried oysters.

We arrived at the property and found that it hadn't been fully stocked after the last guest. We contacted the owner, who responded quickly. They had a new cleaner, who didn't do everything required before leaving. The cleaner returned and restocked and finished final cleaning touches. The owner checked in on us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, which it was. The house is very comfortable, dog friendly, and is located near a lot of beaches and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed while attending the Coquille dog show. Location was an easy drive to the venue. Easy to get to the beach with the dogs and close to plenty of food options.

It was a great stay, the house was very clean and had everything we might need. Perfect for our dogs with a fenced in front yard. Tammy was super responsive and helpful.

Overall great location, house was a good layout for our family, lots of rooms/beds. The only issue I would say is that for such a large house, it would have been nice to have a larger dining table and some more bowls/silverware. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Two of the teens competing stayed with each of their parents and two board members. It was convenient to the Liberty Theater and close to other events. Back sliding door was hard to lock. Well supplied home! Thanks!

Property was a perfect fit for our four-man golf trip to Bandon Dunes. All the little extras were nice such as a Keurig, Insta Pot, and Slow cooker. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to prepare morning and a few evening meals. The living room offered a comfortable area to relax at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. The house was near numerous local restaurants and shopping areas, and about a 25-minute drive to the Bandon Golf resort. We as a group plan to come back as a group and with other golf fanatics and hope that this VRBO in North Bend will be available again.

We loved this place even though we only needed one bedroom. It was very well stocked, comfortable with indoor and outdoor spaces. Full kitchen. Quickly warmed up. It was much nicer than we expected from the listing!

The house was clean and very pleasant. The owners have left several goodies and great appliances along with a typewritten book with helpful information. The heater in the dining room needs a fan replaced (noisy). A grab rail in the bathrooms would be helpful for older people. Thank you so much.

We were a little dissapppinted the patio furniture had no cushions on it we were looking forward to sitting on the deck and listening to the rain storm. Otherwise the house was wonderful and we appriciated the well stocked kitchen and convenient location. :-)

As other reviewers have said, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is a great place for a large family or even multiple. We had a family event, and our family and grown son were all there, and everyone had their own space, plus room to gather. The kitchen is well stocked. Not only is it a great place to cook (both my son and I were able to use it to cook dishes to bring to the family event), but it is thoughtfully stocked with thoughtful snacks and other things that are available for your use. The extra touches were really nice. If we ever have reason to go back to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again!

This house is so much better than the photos! We had a wonderful 4-day stay, cooking every meal in the well- stocked kitchen, and hanging out on the gorgeous deck. The beds were comfortable, and the entire home was immaculately clean. The owner was very gracious, too, when a late delivery arrived after we left town. We hope to stay here again!

Plenty of room. very Clean. Comfortable and cozy. Great outdoors area as well. Tv was hard to figure out at first, ( we've never used streaming service before. 😶) once we figured it out,all was good. Will tell everyone how good it was here. We hope to visit again next year.
