Located in Ogunquit, this attractive house for $683 per night is a great option for your next trip. We are located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this. Park your car and never get back in. Walk to the Main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, Ogunquit playhouse and more. This amazing house has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a king downstairs, two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed room ( twin over full sleeps 4) that has a trundle up stairs. Tastefully decorated with all clean updated furniture. Additional amenities include 2 front load washers & dryers, central air, 2 full baths, Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach carts, coolers, pails & shovels, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, deck and a gas grill. After a day at the beach come back and relax on the back deck or in the yard. This house sleeps 10. Yes, we have STRONG Wifi. Last but not least super clean... yes and we mean it. You will not be disappointed. Do you have a large party? This house has a guest cottage in the rear of the property ( VRBO #3083502 secluded from main house for privacy with separate driveway/walkway etc.) that may be rented as well. It sleeps 3 people. We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience before Covid 19 ( see past reviews over the years) and now have enhanced protocols. There is a guest cottage on this property VRBO #3083502. It is secluded for privacy for both homes. It has it's own driveway walkway etc. It is a 1 bedroom, living room (with pull out sofa bed) full kitchen and new bathroom. This sleeps 4. The entire property can be rented to sleep 14. Additional charges apply.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit. The house has a great location, is very clean and confortable for all ages. My mother was so happy to see the sea after years of Covid in a place where she felt at ease and secured while being surrounded by her grandchildren. Thank you Dierdre.

My wife and I have been to Maine many times, and this was our favorite place we have stayed. The property is well maintained and modern, and nearly everything is walking distance.

This property exceeded our very high expectations. It was super clean. Check in was simple (we had the code to the lockbox, opened the front door and voila!!). The house lives large and is incredibly comfortable. Great living room with two separate ends (one with a TVC; the other with comfy chairs and sofa to curl up and talk and read) but very easy to seat all 6 of us and easy to talk to everyone. Over supplied with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Lots of towels (including beach towels). 2 washers/2 dryers ---what a luxury. Great air conditioning which became much better after we turned on the house fan and got better cool air upstairs in a very unexpected hot spell in Maine. Great bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms and all in all a fantastic place. We loved every second on our stay. Best of all----a great host in Deirdre---answered all questions super quickly but left us alone except if we needed something. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful short stay at the house. It was very clean and neat and not overly decorated or cluttered, which is appreciated with small children whole like to touch. The house provided everything we needed for a easy beach trip and with the shore only 10-15 minute walk away we went many times. Being so close to town and a great coffee shop was definitely a bonus since you don't want to drive through town on a beautiful day in the summer.

We stayed here with my parents ( in their 70s) and extended family. My parents loved the downstairs bedroom and en-suite and my daughter loved the bunk bed room. This house is incredibly clean and very close to the center and beach. My parents had a little struggle with all the walking, but unless you are recovering from surgeries the location is amazing. We could have had coffee from the house but I really enjoyed the quick morning walk to get coffee and Açaí bowls etc. wonderful house, host and location. I would like to stay again!!

What a great location and a great house. The house looks just like the pictures. We parked the car and never needed to use it. The location is awesome! The main beach is about .5 miles away. It is truly one of our favorite beaches. We were traveling with our 4 young grandchildren and the Ogunquit's beach was perfect! The children were so happy every day, as were we. It was also a short walk to the Marginal Way, which is a walking path along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean which end at Perkins Cove. The scenic views are amazing! There are many shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. The house is immaculate and we enjoyed the private backyard with a grill. We had so much fun. The house if fully equipped with towels and plates, linens etc. The central A/C was much appreciated. The owner Kristen greets you when you arrive and is there for you if you need anything. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

This home is perfect! It's clean, beautifully decorated, the yard is so serene and it's literally a hop, skip, and a jump to town! Check-in process was easy and Kristen was very helpful. We did have a little problem but she was right on it and did everything she could to fix it. We can't wait to return!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Ogunquit. It was clean, stylish, comfortable, and close to everything. The beach, town, and Marginal Way were all a short stroll away, and the surrounding neighborhood was quite pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen easy to use. All of the common areas were beautifully decorated. The gathering area in the backyard also seemed pleasant, with lovely flowers and plenty of chairs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family rented this gorgeous coastal chic home in Ogunquit to spend quality time together as we prepared for our daughter’s wedding at the Cliff House nearby. This house is a dream! Every aspect of the home is impeccably thought out for amenities, comfortable beds, beautiful landscape, cleanest property we’ve ever rented. We had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and she is the nicest person you would ever meet! We had a wedding supply delivery hiccup and she offered to help us out without hesitation. She & her husband keep this home in remarkable shape and we plan to return to it again in the near future! The location is absolutely wonderful if you are visiting the Ogunquit/York area and the neighborhood is quiet so you can enjoy your evenings.

My friends and I recently had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit at this property. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and in a prime location for walking about and enjoying the town. The owner was very hospitable and careful to see that all of our needs were met. The outdoor space was lush and private. It was just the calm escape that we had hoped for. Our best thanks to the owners for being such super hosts!

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the posting - very well maintained, extremely clean, and set up wonderfully for a family that plans to be at the beach a lot (no carpeted floors, easy access to the beach toys outside, hose set up to wash down before coming in).
To be frank, I was sold on the place when I saw the multiple washers and dryers! Having multiple kids we knew those would be used a lot and loved the convenience of having them in the unit. The bedroom and kitchen layout were just great for our needs and likely anyone else. You can tell immediately that Kristen has an eye for detail and keeping these kept up regularly, which is awesome when all you want to do is show up, kick off your shoes, and relax.
We absolutely plan to come to come back - this town, the beach, the house, all of it was wonderful and generated a ton of family memories that we want to have again and again. I highly recommend if you plan to bring your family to Ogunquit you consider this house!
