It has a great screened in porch. The beds were comfort. The trailer was decorated real cute and has a comfy feel to it. It's a short drive to the beach. The trailer court is quiet and relaxing.

The trailer needs a little TLC and we had an ant issue.

Very nice rental and wonderful home owner

I liked that the price was not outradius and the owner was very nice and willong to work with isdues that arose and was vedy fair with us.

Some of the needed amintes were not working properly so was not able to use them when they were needed but hopefully they will be fuxed for tbe next guest.

You accuse us of stopping up a toilet when we hadn’t been there but a hour and that was unacceptable to us because the maintenance man said that the family before us has started out because his wife informed him about that it needed to be snaked because of the use of toilet paper the family before us had used,his wife cleans up after guests leave the house

it was very nice and easily accessible to several surrounding areas and beaches!

all about the location to myrtle without all the craziness of staying there and to our favorite beach ocean isle but we wanted to try something different and golden was also very nice and this property was like a few minutes from the beach. and the others I mentioned was within distance so we went there also so it was very good!

holden beach itself not the property it was hard to find parking and at the pier seemed to be the only place but not related to the property and the pier was still not open for use.

the location was close to a local tavern, which was nice. also near the beach The host allowed us to check in 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in time

door to screened porch was locked, we had to carry our groceries and luggage around the home to get in

Were onsite primarily for sleeping and bathing & found facilities to be comfortable & very adequate.

The screened porch was great. Quiet. The pier was nice, but didn't have time to enjoy it.

With 4 adults, an additional indoor shower would have been nice, but with some scheduling we made it work.

it was listed as a house it was an old trailer that had been remodeled. the floor was sagging and weak in the bedroom and living room. landlord was negitive from the Virgo and sent me nasty messages after we left early . my husband fell and injured his back and the rescue squad had to come and get him up

Great getaway vacation property.

The location was great. The host was friendly and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure her guest were happy and comfortable. It was easy to contact the host with whatever questions we had.

We didn't like that it rained for most of the time we were there but it has nothing to do with the property. No real complaints about the property. It was exactly what we needed for our quick getaway.

Great! We visited family and the beach several times.

Beautiful place! It felt like home. it was very clean. It’s in a very quiet area. 10 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from family that stays in the area.

We liked the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle, quiet and laid back. We loved the screened in porch. Perfect for an evening glass of wine!

We enjoyed the community it was in and that it was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the home was very well kept. And also the location was great only a short drive to the beach and had a pier going into the intercostal waterway which was very nice

Amazing weekend

The property was beautiful and clean inside and out. Items were available and accessible! The hostess of the property was very sweet and knowledgeable of the duties of her property! She wished us well for an amazing weekend
