Nestled in Keuka Lake, this charming house for $625 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to our cottage: It's A Grape Life 9551 Crystal Beach Rd Hammondsport 14840 After renting ourselves for over 20 years we know what most renters want: (Note: If you need to sleep more than 14, we have a sister cottage for rent nearby) 1) Lots of BEDROOMS, we have 5 bedrooms and sleep 14 --- 1 King, 5 Queens (one is a pull-out sleeper sofa), 4 Twins (2 bunk beds) 2) We have 2 full bathrooms 3) Lots of PARKING (not the standard 2 spots), we can park 10 4) NO flights of stairs to climb constantly and carry luggage up & down 5) A beautiful beach that you can gradually walk into the water from. 6) A dock that is big enough to seat everyone and doesn't shake every time someone walks on it 7) 7 miles from Hammondsport, 13 miles from Penn Yan 8) Mini-split air-conditioners in living area and all bedrooms, portable fans in all rooms 9) Year-round use, gas fireplace & Mini-split heat in all rooms. 10) We have a fire pit and provide firewood 11) We also have a gas fire pit We pray you and your family will enjoy our slice of renter's paradise and make many, many great memories. We had a group of 11 friends. We had the most amazing time! The hosts were very gracious and provided an amazing experience. They were there at check in to walk us through the property. Even prior they were very informative of everything they provided and things we might need to bring. Great hosts and beautiful property!

This property was perfect for our group of 9. To start, there was plenty of parking for all of the vehicles with space to spare. The owners greated us upon arrival and explained how things worked which was very helpful. The property and house were beautiful. The gas fire pit was put to good use as the weather was cool and wet. We had plenty of space insde and out. The level property and proximity to the lake was also a bonus it allowed 1 of our guests with limited mobilty to enjoy a campfire and the lake. I personally enjoyed kayaking almost every morning so peaceful. Our entire group had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property (just not the weekend I want to go)đ Thank you Rick and Peg for sharing you house with us.i

A group of nine ladies from three different states that attended grade school together. All of us are newly retired except for two women. This was our first time all together. The house was perfect in so many ways. We were able to walk to an amazing distillery with delicious cocktails and a gorgeous view. The dock was wonderful and the abundance of chairs was great! The owners were exceptional in every possible wayâźď¸ We highly recommend Cruisin Keuka - Jim the owner picked us up at our dock and we did a 2 hour sunset cruiseâ¤ď¸
The pontoon boat was big and the seats were plush! Everyone raved about the cruise!!!
There was so many things to do at the house that we didnât get to do. Definitely would rent again!!!

My wife and 8 of her closest friends stayed at the property for a weekend birthday celebration. First off - communication with the property owners was easy and thorough. Everything was arranged ahead of arrival.
The owners met the girls at their arrival to show the property and even had a special gift for my wifeâs birthday. The property was just as lovely as described, within walking distance of some of the places the girls wanted to go and although the weather didnât totally cooperate everyone still had a great time. I would definitely recommended renting this property and the owners were incredible.

My family and I stayed for a week at their beautiful lake house for a family reunion. This house was perfect for entertaining! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a couple of kinks during our stay but Rick and Peg responded immediately and were very proactive at getting the situation resolved. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone with a large group. The house is great, the outside entertaining areas and dock are amazing and I think itâs one of the best views on the lake. I would definitely book again in the future.

Stay here, you wonât regret it. Itâs absolutely perfect. We had an amazing time at this lovely lake house. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We loved the awesome red rocking swivel chairs at the end of the deck overlooking the lake. We enjoyed family, food, fun, fishing, and beautiful sunsets. Thank you Rick and Peg!

Rick & Peg are gracious hosts who have a cute home that was perfect for a birthday weekend with 14 adults. House would have been bit tight with the other 2 folks who cancelled last minute.
We ate, drank, played in the lake, and the house, its amenities, & the hostâs hospitality made it all happen.
We didnât explore the surrounding area too much, but the place is centrally located to everything you need. Watkins Glen park was exceptional.

Perfect doesnât even begin to describe our stay. The Grapes were attentive, accommodating and every little detail made a huge impact. Their lake home is warm and inviting, beautiful decor, grounds and lakefront and all the amenities are there. The description fit to a tee, itâs paradise. We were siblings of 5 plus spouses celebrating multiple birthdays and we had a blast. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!!! Thank you Rick & Peg for being such wonderful hosts.

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette party and everything was perfect! The house came with everything we needed and accommodated our large group with ease! The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and wineries. The hosts were super friendly and greeted us when we arrived.

What a wonderful location!!! There were 13 ladies staying for an extended weekend to celebrate my sister being CANCER FREE!! The weather was perfect and the location couldn't have been better. We were in walking distance to winery's and a distillery. The house felt like a home and not a rental!
It was nicely stocked with items one might forget to pack. We enjoyed coffee and wine in the best Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake! The fire's on the covered porch or down by the lake were just what the doctor ordered! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with all of us!

We had another terrific 10 days at It's a Grape Life. The weather cooperated a little more this year than last, and we were able to have more kayaking and dock-sitting. I rented the cottage for a bachelorette weekend and it was a perfect location. Walking distance from two wineries and one distillery. The view of the lake being right on it was such a treat. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside and drinks and dinner later in the evening with a great sunset view! Rick and Peg are also great hosts and were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area and any questions we had! Highly recommend!!

I have been renting homes in FLX for the past 10yrs & this place was the best by far. There isn`t anything the hosts haven't thought of - anything/everything you need is there. Great location to wineries, hiking, etc. The sunsets are beautiful, you can take out paddle boats, kayaks or just sit on dock, porch, etc & enjoy this place.

This cottage is the most beautiful, well maintained, perfectly located place on earth! So clean and serene. The owners were so welcoming and only a phone call away. The cottage was well equipped with anything you could ever need and the locations was second to none. We will defiantly be back to this one. Money well spent!
