Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland. 320+ excellent Reviews since listed at HomeAway/VRBO April 2015. Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement. Max 10 Guest allowed from Jan 1st 2022.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. We walked two days to Disneyland, and drove once, and both were very convenient. It was a comfortable place to stay after long, busy, fun days at the parks! Will stay here again on our next Disney Vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful property for our Disneyland and So Cal Christmas trip. We had with us ( Grandparents), our daughters family grand kids ages 16yrs, 14 yrs and 12 yrs and our son. 8 people in all. We were all very comfortable. The two older boys slept in the game room with no problems. The pool table kept the kids busy when the adults wanted to rest on our days not at the park. All of us enjoyed the hot tub, especially since it rained a lot of days when we were at the park. It was nice to come home and get in the hot tub. Roger was great with communication. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows, towels and blankets. Everything was close by.

Location is amazing for Disneyland, Knott's berry farm, and only a short drive to Huntington beach!
House has plenty of sleeping room for 8+, and the games and jacuzzi were a hit with everyone!
Roger was in touch, and directions were very easy to follow; check in and out process a breeze. Will stay here again when we go back to Anaheim!

Good location, super quiet. House was spacious and well equipped. Minor drawbacks: The best room set up for kids (bunk beds and crib) isn’t in a walled room - it’s more like a den, so after putting the kids down early had to keep the main area of the house quiet and dark. Swingset has a broken step so I didn’t let the kids play. Fence surrounding the pool is really flimsy so be careful with little kids (obviously that’s on me to watch them at all times regardless!)
Really well suited for our needs and those drawbacks were small - just wanted to provide that info for other families with small kids. Thanks for a great stay!

We held a family reunion with all of our adult children - A day in Disneyland and a day in California Adventure with a day in between to rest. This house and location were fabulous and made it easier to get to Disneyland at "rope drop" early in the morning. On our day off this was a spacious place to rest and play games. Though we may have had a slightly easier time with one more bathroom, this met our needs and there were no complaints. There are a few items that needed help like the sliding screen door (when aren't those a problem?) and a broken step transition piece into the family room, but the owner apologized and was going to get it fixed. The hot tub had the right chemicals, I think, but it didn't appear that clean. We used it anyway and enjoyed. We used the outdoor grill which was great.
The house was clean but not pristine. There was obvious mold in the grout/caulk around the bathtub. If you like your privacy when you use the toilet, be aware that the master bedroom has a fully transparent glass upper half-wall from the sleeping area through the shower right to the toilet. It does make the room seem less claustrophobic, I'm sure. All in all, we were happy with how this property accommodated our family, and for the price, we'd definitely stay there again.

Easily could have accommodated more than our party of 7. But we enjoyed the varied options. The stuff is older- so be aware of that. No foos balls, flat basket balls- but really easy to work around by picking up those from stores nearby. The pool table sticks have some issues with no pads or bent, but you expect that with families. There were some moments of concern with our pool players and the Tv-so be careful to watch your kids playing.
Great beds! Out of many places we stayed as over 50 year old, only time no back pain for my hubby! All of our group, said- very comfortable beds!
Lots of bedding, pillows, towels- stocked seasoning, some oil- variety of kitchen items. Laundry items, shower needs- very thoughtfully stocked!
Some of the surprises were the car seats and double stroller and umbrella stroller on site! We did really need to clean it all up- but it was handy for meeting up with everyone in the family. We also made use of items for a trip to Huntington Beach.
We had a couple items to communicate with the owner and it was handled quickly.
The extremely loud pool pump got replaced so where being outside was noisy for us, everyone else has it solved. We appreciated how on top of any questions we had were handled.
We really enjoyed Ricky House and the host was super great!

Great house, close to Disneyland. My boys (5,7,9) loved the pool table and treehouse. It was a great space to rest after standing in lines and riding rides all day. Not quite close enough to walk, but it was a short easy drive.

The house worked perfectly for our family get together! Check in and out was easy. Roger was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.
The house is about 25 minutes walking from Downtown Disney. This made it easy for family to either walk or Uber back and forth to the parks. The house had great spaces for different family to hang out in and the kids loved the pool. Overall it worked great for us!!

The location is perfect for those planning a Disneyland visit. We were able to spend the morning in the parks. Then drive back to the house rest, eat, swim and enjoy the hot tub before we headed back to the parks for the evenings. Very nice accommodations and was honestly too much space for our family of 5. The owner was very helpful in providing information on the area and was very responsive when we messaged.

Rogers house was the perfect size for our family. The check in process was so smooth and I loved all the detailed instructions/helpful tips. The pool was so great for the kids after a long day of walking and the adults loved the hottub! Best of all it is a 6 min Uber ride to and from the park!

This is our first time booking a Vrbo instead of a hotel and it was one of the best decisions we made! It was so nice to have our own space and feel like a home away from home.
Communication was SO clear and Richard answered any questions I had. The property was clean, spacious and fun. Everyone had such a great time.
We book this trip for our Disneyland vacation, We used uber/lyft to get to the park and since its around the corner it didn't cost much. Parking isn't too far either but honestly, taking a lyft was much more convenient.
Checking in and out was extremely easy and again it just felt like we had a home away from home. Richard made this experience so comfortable and accommodating, I'm sure I would book with him again. If this property is available I can not stress enough BOOK IT. You will NOT regret it.

Between us and my in-laws we had four adults, a 13-year-old, 3 10-year-olds, a two year-old and a six month old. There was something in the house for everybody. The house was cozy and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The property owner was so informative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were 2 families of 4 (kids ages 10-12) who stayed at this home for a week. The location was great as it was super close to Disney. The property manager was super attentive and responded quickly to our concerns. He reached out several times before and during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed.
The only concerns we had which should be noted:
1. The beds are super squeaky.
2. The house is quite dated. The furniture and patio table were older style.
3. The top mattress in the bunk bed is very hard so my son slept elsewhere.
4. It would have been nice to have lamps in the bedrooms for night time reading.
5. There was a damp and musty smell in the home when we first checked in and it remained throughout the week unless the air conditioner and/or fan was kept on.
6. We were informed the day prior to check in that the filtered water was broken so we were told to purchase bottled water. This would be inconvenient if we did not have a vehicle.
7. There was a Keurig coffee machine but no pods available.
8. The picture of the pool in the listing was a bit misleading as it looked bigger. It is approximately 3-4 feet deep.
9. The home has uneven floors with small ledges which can be a tripped hazard.
10. The uber ride is about $20 one way in the am when Disney opens and after when Disney closes.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This home was ideal for our families for the price we paid and the proximity to Disney.

We were guests at this beautiful property for 7 full days. There were 8 in our party, so we needed extra room and this house provided just that! This home was absolutely marvelous! Very clean and spacious. All the amenities you could want or need are provided. Roger was very communicative with us and responded quickly when we had a question or concern. If you are looking for all the comforts of home in a great location near Disneyland, this home is for you!
We will be using this property again whenever we are in California (if available of course).

This rental was exactly as described and more! It included newer appliances, plenty of room for our vehicles, and entertaining extras such as a pool & hot tub, pool table, and other games. It was also very close to Disneyland and close to other food and shopping.
The property owner, Roger, was always in contact and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend!

The home was as advertised, clean, in a great location just a short distance to Disney (which was the purpose of our trip) and in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table and the home had plenty of room. It would have been nice to have another bathroom, but we knew going in that there were only two bathrooms. We had a great, short stay but were able to visit Disney Land and Disney Adventure in the two days we were there!

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Disneyland: it's in walking distance and the fireworks can be seen from the front door. Roger, the host, is extremely thorough in helping you check in and is very responsive to both text messages and phone calls.

Stayed with extended family for 8 nights. 5 adults 2 kids. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen ware, little things like coffee filters, zip loc bags, laundry detergent was really nice to have. The host is very responsive. I thought it might be nice to have a few more family board games or smaller toys, but wasn’t specifically mentioned in the description so no fault of the host. Good location close to to the park. My kids loved it thy they could see a little bit of the Disney fireworks from their room!

Check in was super easy. communication with PM was perfect. Only issue with home was a leak from the family room roof. Several coffee mugs had chipped rims. The garage playroom was not as clean as we would prefer. It contained a very musty smell, and the couch needs an update. With that said, the walk to the park was about 15-20 minutes. House was very roomy, and clean overall.

The house was very close to Disneyland which is why we went. Very family friendly! This house had fun gaming tables, spa, and pool we all enjoyed. This property actually had foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocks which were great. We enjoyed our stay here.
