Alles bestens 🙏🏻

Schöner, sauberer und angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Rina. Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise herzlich begrüßt und kurz durch die Wohnung geführt. Für zwei Personen war sie für uns vollkommend ausreichend. Rina ist wundervoll und total nett, sie stellt einen Obstkorb bereit mit ein paar Müsliriegel, Saft und Miich. Allgemein sind viele Basics bereits vorhanden. Die Lage ist total angenehm und sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man benötigt. Können daher die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Great stay

Rina is an awesome woman and we were glad that we can stay in a cozy place. The neighborhood is quiet and in a quite good spot to get to the right places.

Exceptional

The space, though quaint, it worked perfectly for my stay. If was very clean and comfortable! The kitchenet area, again, worked perfectly for my needs, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker.

Quiet and clean. Great for solo traveler.

Perfect for the solo traveler. Room is small but has a twin sized bed, dining table with 2 chairs, a sitting chair, mini fridge, tv, and bathroom with shower. Quiet location. Host was very responsive.

Bed was very firm. No electrical outlets next to the bed. I didn't find a thermostat control.

Very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Location to our business dealings and clealiness of the property.

I assumed it had 2 beds, but that was my fault. However, Nina accommodated our needs and supplied us with an air mattress as an additional bed.

Very welcoming hosts, very spacious room, and a very quiet area.

Rina and her husband are exceptional people, very warm, helpful and thoughtful. They were always available whenever I texted her to ask for something. The room itself is spacious and very clearn. Rina even stuffed the small fridge with bagel, jusice, milk, biscuits, etc., which was a very generous, unexpected gesture. I wish them well, and hope to stay at their place again in the future when I'm in the area.

A peaceful base to start your daily trips in the area from and to come back to in the evening.

An excellent little guest room for one of two people. The friendly hostess provides some food and drinks and is available for any requests that you may have.

Hoping it is available again when I am back to visit my CSUN student!

The host was kind and accommodating. The space was small but had what was needed to be comfortable and pleasant. the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. Had to rely on the kindness of strangers in the neighborhood and they did not disappoint during this stay!

Maps has a bit of a difficultly finding the exact address, as it has an entrance just left of the front door.

Cozy and Quiet

Rina was a wonderful and thoughtful host. The room has its own private entrance and bathroom. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a dining space to eat and storage area for your clothes. Rina also puts out some goodies for your arrival, which saved me a trip to the store. Thank you for everything! =)

You can't control the A/C but there are 2 fans that help and because the room doesn't hit the sun, it doesn't get too hot. Overall, great stay.

Calm home outside the city

The room is quite spacy, with a separate entrance. You can actually open the door and be outside, which was a real treat for me. I spent an entire day just chilling on the front lawn, which was exactly what I needed. Parking is easy any time of day or night and the neighborhood is quiete and safe. Rina is an excellent host and this is a great place to stay!

It was a pleasure staying at Summerleaf! The host Rina was very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. The room was clean and not too small. I liked that it has its own entrance, so you don`t have to walk through the house. WiFi is good and the devices, like fridge and microwave, worked just fine.

The room was nicer than some other hotels I have stayed at.

The $35 charge for a "towel fee." Not sure what that was for, but the hidden fees made the place not worth it.

Don’t miss the flash😉

Rina was very hospitable, responsive and this is priceless, considering that I was travelling solo. The room was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. I’ am advise everyone to visit this wonderful place in every way.

My stay was peaceful, I had the chance to explore the neighborhood and try local restaurants.

Rina was an amazing host! She is very accommodating and checks in on you. She is also open and responds quickly when you have a question or would like to let her know about something. The space itself is great for those who want to come and relax after an eventful day. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you are close to several nice local restaurants as well. Nice amenities.

Since it’s the summer, the room could get relatively hot. It was helpful to have the fan on while I was there, and the air conditioning helps little bit as well.

Superb

It is indeed a small room but if all you need is a place to rest it is fine. Very clean. Very nice host.

The bed was exceedingly hard. I love firm beds but this bed is more like sleeping on the floor.
