The cottage felt very private, was well equiped and had a good view of the ocean . I would highly recommend the Cottages at Little River Cove!

Location is good. Cottages are Spacious.
Bathrooms sucks, need an urgent upgrade. Towels and blankets need to be replaced.

The property was clean, and so quiet (which is what i was mainly looking for) the kitchen had all the amenities i needed to cook the meals i needed for myself since i have a special diet! i also enjoyed that the property had binoculars in the room so we could see all the beautiful birds, plants, moving ocean! Awesome.

Great views from the living room and porch, cute little lawn in the middle for pups or kids to play. Close to restaurants and beach areas. Kitchen was great to have for making breakfast.

The location is wonderful. The view is amazing from the balcony.
Very romantic accomodations. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine!
The kitchens have everything you need. The bed is comfortable.
The WiFi was strong and easy to connect to.
The cottages sit up on a hillside which is cool, but the driveway is very steep and narrow so be prepared: perfect for a SUV a bit of a grind for a family van.
The couch sleeper is not too comfy unless you're a kid.
The shower in our cottage "Jenner" has terrible water pressure. Ladies with lots of hair schedule some time to get the soap out.
There was a light bulb out in the stairs, which made it awkward to climb them in the dark. So leave the light on downstairs.
The sliding door was really difficult to open.
Nothing about the cottages or location really made a bad impact on our stay. These are just nitpicky things that shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here. I'm just being honest.

Location and view are excellent. Close to Van Damne state park and Mendocino. Very dog friendly.
No cable or TV service. Fireplace out of order. Poor cell phone reception. Shower dripped continually. Very steep entrance causing your car to bottom out no matter what you did. Dead grass and all landscaping very dry.

Great view from our bungalow and excellent staff. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We had a great time
The road to get there is miles of winding curves but it's worth it.

Beautiful quiet location looking out to the ocean. Cottage had everything we needed for 3 people including a bathroom on the main level for the person sleeping on the pullout bed and a bathroom in the upstairs bedroom/loft.
Parking is a little goofy based on where your cottage is.

The location was great !!! The view is so relaxing !!
The cottage is very clean and comfortable .. we enjoy it . Thank you to be part of our trip 👍😃😃
Because it was cold we expect to find some extra blankets but we didn’t find any .
One of the blind wasn’t working and the shower faucet had a small liking .. but this inconvenient doesn’t bother us at all just mentioned ..

The staff could not have been more helpful! Our dog needed medication via fedex from Colorado and the office was totally on top of the delivery. Thanks!
