Excellent to enjoy

The staff was amazing, always there for you. Beautiful resort, amazing room, adult pool to relax and family pool for the rest. The quality of the restaurants were great with a lot of different choices.

The beach was not clean near the see, there was a lot of plastic, they could easily spend some time to clean it to not see all those garbage in the nature, really sad for that…

To those who plan to stay here, PLEASE read the following points carefully: 1) get ready to sink in the most snug and luxurious bed. 2) the pillows ......they will hold your head like a mother's warm embrace 3) the landscape, design and ambience are just immaculate and spellbinding, fitting for those who seek for their troubles to be forgotten 4)and then the people.... THE PEOPLE at Four Seasons from all positions are superbly humble and warm to a point that it makes you feel extraordinarily welcomed and hooked to come again. It's truly left lasting and unforgettable memories

The staffs during breakfast wasn't friendly at all. Maybe they're tired, not sure. But it's okay, just this one bad experience.

I came here to unwind with my family and I can say that this is a very good hotel. A relaxing ambience, along with variety of scrumptious food and stunning view really help to ease my mind from the hustle and bustle of the city. It also has entertaining activities for kids to keep them occupied the entire vacation. 10/10 for cleanliness. I was served by a receptionist name Joanne, and she's utterly nice and friendly. The awesome hospitality from the team has to be cherry on top for my vacation! Overall it's nothing less than amazing and exquisite. So sad that I have to leave, but I'll surely come again. Thank you for giving me and my family a memorable vacation ;)

Overall, the resort provided a fantastic holiday experience with exceptional service and facilities

Fabulous stay with great facilities and the mangrove tour organised was our highlight.

The service at Ikan for dinner was slow. We ordered a bottle of wine which came only after the food was served. At breakfast, we ordered a cup of coffee which also came late. The first day the oatmilk coffee latte was mild although we were told it was a double shot. So the next day we ordered a triple shot which was not nice either. There was nor consistency with the coffee at breakfast. Other than these two incidents, it was a fabulous stay.

The facilities especially to cater for family needs. And the friendly and accomodating staff. Food and service was exceptional. Rooms was great. The landscape and view was wonderful. Overall experience really awesome.

First morning, ordered 2 caffe latte to the room for breakfast, but send in thermos.. and taste more like coffee with milk. Also missing some items ordered which need to highlighted. Some of rooms equipment need to be maintain.

I think the only disadvantage was it is a really expensive hotel but worth every penny!

- beautiful location, amazing gardens, nice food, attentive personell - we felt very welcome at all times - what we liked most were the sunset at rhu bar and chilling in the pool cabanas

- cocktails were not that good - activities are very overpriced; kind of disencourages you to do any

We had an amazing stay at Four Seasons Langkawi, very good facilities for kids and family, quality food and the service was impeccable. I had a few work related video calls during our stay and I want to especially thank Rooms Director Michael Casey, who was extremely helpful in providing his immediate support to ensure that everything went absolutely smoothly. I also want to thank our waiter, Cody, who helped to make our stay unforgettable. We will return for sure.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

The beach in front of the Hotel was amazing, very calm, and empty, only for the guests of the hotel mainly. There was a little bit of trash sometimes in the water, like plastic, bottle, which I think come from some boats far away from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, for me one of the best I ever had in hotels. Room was a dream, with sea view, a jacuzzi only for us, just walk to the beach directly, very quiet and private. The service was wonderful, always very kind and supportive. We loved the Malaysian restaurant IkanIkan, the food was amazing, specially the honey dessert :) and the bar to stay in the evening is very cozy and has good drinks.

setting on the beach but with mature and diverse trees and plants with the rooms and facilities all connected by cobbled paths - easy to cycle on.

at 17 years old it’s beginning to look a bit tired and needs a refresh particularly the entrance/reception area. a bit underwhelming.

Wonderful privacy in a tropical garden

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a large tropical garden with a beautiful large beach. Large rooms with beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds. We felt very private throughout the hotel. The pools are large, clean, well-structured, beautifully set in the landscape. The staff is extremely friendly.

We expected more selection of fruits, cheeses and desserts.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful people there!

You wouldn’t believe that this is a 18 years old hotel. It’s so well maintained. And, kudos to all the staffs! Super warm, friendly and helpful. Wonderful, wonderful experience here.

Food. Very limited option and the buffet breakfast is 99% the same everyday. And, honestly a little pricey too. aside from this, all good!

I loved the room very spacious and the interior is very nice,the staff was v helpful .and I requested baby crib ,and they provide me with all baby need from shampoo to even diaper trash bin
