Peaceful stay in a wonderful location

Beautiful beach-side location. The bungalows are set around an open space with plenty of places to relax. Amazing sunset views. Very good service. We were travelling with an infant, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Though the property rules mention a minimum age of six, children are welcome at the property.

The shower takes forever to get warm, leaving a choice between a lot of wasted water and a cold start to the day. A baby cot was provided on request, but one of the sides was broken. Not great, but we appreciate that the owner improvised to arrange this - it didn't seem to have been available, despite communication beforehand. At the time of our stay (January '24) there was construction on both sides of the property. That's what you get with such a beautiful location...

Peaceful, calm, quiet, great beach.

Love the decor and location. Beautiful rooms, quiet beach and no music playing anywhere! Exactly what I wanted.

I stayed in the back block of apartments and the WiFi kept disconnecting. I asked the staff several times but don't think anything could be done. I would have stayed a few more days but needed wifi in the room so I could work.

Wonderful huts with fantastic views on a peaceful beach that's close the action.

The room itself was fantastic. It's always a pleasant surprise to get what you see in the images. The view from the room was wonderful, and the whole place looks forward towards the beach. There's a lovely outdoor common area looking over at the beach which is very pleasant and nice to hang out and watch the sunset from. The location itself was exactly what I was looking for. It definitely lives up to the name of being a silent beach. The more lively areas are only a short distance away if you're feeling in the mood. Also there were plenty of amenities close by, from groceries to lovely spa's. The staff were also fantastic. Very polite and helpful throughout my whole stay. I asked them if they could help me with a moped rental, and within 30 minutes there was one at the door. Great service. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and clean retreat with beautiful huts and a great view, that's also close to more upbeat areas.

The only negative is that the beach itself needs a little cleaning. There wasn't a lot of rubbish, but still, would've been good if it was cleaned a little more often. I would still say it's my preferred beach in the area though, and would go back.

Absolute recommendation, great place for relaxing days!

We spent one week in the resort and we absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is absolutely great and our room was extremely comfortable and so spacious., Also if you plan to stay for dinner a clear yes as well, food is also absolutely tasty. For us the hotel was perfectly located at probably one of the prettiest and most relaxing beaches we found in Goa. With literally only 1 footstep off the terrace away from the beach. The hotel staff including the owner are absolutely great, very helpful with all requests you might have. Clear recommendation if you want to have a relaxing and wonderful stay in Goa. Would definitely book again.

If there is a small and really only a very small negative, the breakfast services could be a bit quicker and maybe a bit more variety for the breakfast menu.

Slightly expensive for the value for only USP being that the property was at the beach, I was expecting things like a hair dryer in the room. Although breakfast was delicious, the options were very limited Ashvem beach where the property exists is not as crowded as Baga or Anjuna, but was slightly more crowded than we expected. For folks who prefer complete solitude should go to South Goa.

It is really a silent beach.. Awsome

The location is very serene and silent..perfectly apt to the name.."silent beach resort" perfect destination for beach lovers... Enjoyed the beach view from the bedroom.. just walkin any time into the beach and enjoy the music of the waves.. Especially the host Aditya's warm welcome and hospitality.. He and his staff were polite and rendered a good service including house keeping staff.

Overall it is worth staying at this prperty Location is 1and half hour from the airport Non availability of the taxies and expensive fare of cabs.. Can add more items in the breakfast menu if they arrange intercom in the bedrooms to call the reception for roomservice.

The Food menu was very limited. If the menu could have more items as compared to itrs neighborhood resort it would be great and we would have eaten all time at their place only

Serenity now!

The setting is delightful and serene. I stayed in one of the villas which had a balcony with a superb view of the beach & surf. The room has a concrete design with extra-large artisan windows and french doors. Very comfortable bed. I was treated like a guest in his own home. Father and son own & operate the resort with a welcoming and relaxed style. I had one of the most relaxing stays in all of my travels. I will be back!

Really good beach side property

The only USP for this property is its location. They have constructed wooden huts barely 50 meters from the shoreline (high tide). You can practically hear the sound of waves breaking throughout the day and night. One can easily lose track of the time just looking into the sea. Since it is second northern most beach 'Mandrem' ( South of arambol) it is relatively less cluttered and commercialized. The beach wooden huts are nestled well between coconut and some really old trees. Beaches are clean and safe. The beach floor does not dip and one can go in a good 20-30 meters. That's a plus for the beach not the property. The rooms are clean, hygienic and odor free. One can even get a subtle 'smell' fabric conditioner from the bed linens and blankets. Since I had checked out of Radisson, Panjim before, i totally understand the value of odor free room. WiFi is really good. The owner Mr. Mukund is a very jolly person, one can see him checking the property and interacting with the guests (me). He reminded me of Willy Bank from Oceans 13. And that's all you are paying for.

There was nothing that one cannot like in this location, however there are certain things that are missing or need improvement. These are not complaints. 1. There is no TV. Yeah you don't pay for beach side property to see television, but still. 2. Food menu is 'very limited', breakfast, lunch and dinner. But then there are really good beach shacks on both sides of the property. 3. Solar water heater. Which means you have to drain at least two buckets of water before you can feel warm water. 4. The reason i have been referring to this place as 'property' because it is not a 'resort' by definition. 5. Limited guys for room service/house keeping etc. For me there was literally one guy named Kamlesh who did everything from carrying luggage to taking order for food. 6. No intercom, so you have to rely on calling on the cellphone of the house keeping guys. Incase they missed your call, they would always call back ....... whenever they would see your missed call. 7. And at last, they did not have comb in their toiletries kit, so better carry your own, bcoz you might need one when you come back after taking a dip in the ocean.
