perfect stay

Everything was just perfect. exceeded our expectations in every aspect. very friedly stuff and excellent service, great food, free mini bar and activities. nice hotel beach. although we had a rental car we took taxi to manuel antonio park and walked back to the hotel to see a bit of the beach life - it was s hood decision :)

five star barefoot luxury with a wild envirment and amazing staff

barefoot luxury in very natural setting, abundance of wildlife, and beautiful private beach

nothing, I suppose the gym was small but it is a very active destination. lots of other ways to exercise

over all is nice but I expected more there because of five star resort .

property itself nice location with ocean view

not easy to walk around cause the hill side and the first night we were there there are electricity out three time cause by rain storm.we were in the dark .

Good breakfast, a la carte, could have had a bit more selection. As well, dinner was good but again could have had a bit wider selection. BEST THING, the staff. could not have been better, just fabulous. Location was great, on the beach, but a bit hard to find (we had a rental car). Lunch on the beach was great!

Maybe a bit wider menu for breakfast and dinner. A little bigger sign on the road at the turn off point would be helpful. Had trouble locating the property, but once found, would stay again definitely.

Magical first visit to Costa Rica

Beautiful location amid the rainforest and beach! The staff and service was excellent! The food was delicious! The room was well maintained and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding jungle. We would definitely stay at this resort again and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience beachside and rainforest! The resort also offers free WiFi that covers the resort grounds and even free WiFi in the vans used for transportation.

Perfect Getaway

The included breakfast is amazing, wide variety of options to taste something different every day. The staff has a huge attention to detail, and are very aware of what the guest needs. The location can't be beat, beach access in manuel antonio is almost imposible & Arenas del Mar has it. Ultimate location for relaxation for locals and turists as well. The food is amazing! Every meal was fantastic.

Having to leave was the hardest part. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Really top level experience! Congrats to the staff!!
