The resort has a great layout, there are great options for food and exercise for health and wellness should you choose and a real luxury feeling with the rooms and villas. I loved the yoga classes with several times running each day. All staff were sensational, Joe really made the stay so comfortable and even helped purchase medicine away from the resort and deliver and made anything requested not a problem at all. Unbelievable service Joe your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Also in the evening another staff member helped prepare some food as the kitchen was closed. Again just above and beyond service. It was 1:30am so I missed his name, I had missed dinner and he help me by offering the staff meal option and it was wonderful. An absolutely wonderful experience the entire stay, caring and attentive staff!!!
Everything was amazing.
An addition could be a few more exercise options such as personal trainer at an extra cost like they offer the personal yoga or outdoor group fitness classes could help to elevate the wellness journey.

The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always greeted us with warm smiles. Our stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to their exceptional service. I had accidentally left my wallet in the hotel safe. The staff found it and promptly sent it to me at the airport. I am immensely grateful to them and want to express my heartfelt thanks.
There was a minor issue with the shower head during my stay. It appeared to be slightly broken and resulted in a continuous leak, significantly reducing the water volume.

As soon as we stepped foot on the grounds of Fusion we were in love. The views are divine and the layout and architecture of the resort are sensational. We were then greeted and welcomed by fantastic staff, namely Nathalie, who instantly made us feel at home and at ease. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view of the sea. Over the next eight days we enjoyed relaxing massages, terrific food and gorgeous amenities including the pools and farm. Fusion was the best holiday experience we have ever had.

The spa facilities here are wonderful, our Fusionista, Mervyn (Hai) was absolutely fantastic as were all the staff around the resort. We felt welcomed on our honeymoon and they took great care of us all the way through our stay. Breakfast is fantastic and the hideaway pool is a beautiful spot to relax in. Great gym facilities, table tennis etc. Room was also massive and comfortable with very strong air conditioning which was a relief every day.
Food in the evening / day time could be better - it's expensive for what it is and limited choice of local vietnamese food. Especially seafood!

We recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Fusion resort in Cam Ranh. We are both from Australia, and chose the resort as we wanted a nice relaxing week during our first visit to Vietnam.
From the moment we arrived we blown away by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff. After a long journey, we were welcomed with a drink and chilled face towel and sat down to relax while the staff took care of our bags and checked us in.
We were enough to be staying in an ocean front villa with a private pool. The room was beautifully furnished and maintained and was the perfect place to relax. While it was tempting to spend the majority of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the views, the resort had so much else to offer- restaurants, a cocktail bar, the adults only ‘Hideaway’ pool, an animal farm and very well-equipped gym. We also had daily spa treatments included in the price, which for us was the icing on the cake.
The Fusion resort’s biggest asset is its staff- Every staff member went out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. Although there was a slight language barrier, which at times at times led to some (sometimes humorous) misunderstandings, overall nothing was too much trouble. We would like to make special mention of Suong and Doanh- both beautiful people who looked after us impeccably in the resort restaurant.
We have been lucky enough to holiday in resorts and hotels around Eurpoe, the United States and Australia. The fusion resort has been without a doubt one of our favourite experiences. We can’t wait to go back again!

Everything! The venue is stunning, super clean with a needed calm atmosphere to disconnect but what made everything was the staff : So nice, polite and you feel like super well treated!
I loved the schedule of Yoga (4 classes a day) which made me feel having a Yoga retreat in a luxury environment. I was lucky because they upgraded me and turned out that I had my own swimming-pool. Thank you again! I will definitely come back

The personalized service was really exceptional. Our dedicated customer service assistant (Joe Nguyen) was available at any time to satisfy any of our requests, organize reservations, etc... The Spa services were excellent, top quality and in a beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was very good and the breakfast choices were amazing. The welcome basket in the villa included a DIY mojito set, really fun to prepare and to enjoy by our private pool.
There is nothing much to do outside of the resort. Next door are abandoned developments which look very ugly. There is a shuttle bus going to Nah Trang, but it departs only once a day.
There was also a hick-up with the Spa reservations, which I had done 2 months before, The time of the treatments was not quite as I booked them and there was no flexibility to change the times. On one occasion I was assigned a male masseur while we had asked for all female masseurs.
The windows of the villa were quite dirty, which is a pity since the view of the ocean is the best feature of the villa.

The layout of the resort and villa is beautiful and more than lives up to the pictures. There are plenty of activities for the kids (collecting fresh eggs in the morning from the farm, yoga, movie nights and arts and crafts and a newly opened sand pit and water slide). The food is some of the best we’ve had in our travels around Vietnam. But what really stands out are the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Particularly Jo our Fusionista, Mai who babysat our children so we could enjoy the spa treatments together and Santosi the spa manager.

we stayed at Fusion resort Cam Ranh with room choice is beach front pool villa and it is one of the most beautiful room with breathtaking torque water from oceanview, beautiful private pool and outdoor seating. We cant say enough how professional and warm welcoming that Fuison staffs brought up to make our vacation is very unforgettable. Delicous food every morning, crystal clear swiming pool. Big thanks to kitchen crews, garden crews, security guards and receptionists. we will visit there again someday.
we hope the resort should have clothing iron, iron table and q-tip for guests that would be perfect.

I liked the fact that there was flexibility with things like the all day breakfast and the personalized service and treatment I received. I felt very special and every staff member from the buggy drivers, cleaners, spa staff to the Fusionista’s made my stay exceptional.

The privacy of the room, the spa services, the exceptional staff. Joe, Syong, Nathalie and all of the others made everything in their hands to make certain that our stay there was a remarkable experience. Extremely friendly, attentive, helpful and always available to resolve any issue we might have had. Very customised service, e.g. when we indicated that we disliked one of the spices, 5 minutes later everyone in the restaurant was aware of this and did not add it to any of our meals anymore. The breakfast was also excellent.
The only but that could be indicated was that the mattress was not at the same extremely high level as the rest of the experience.

Beautiful property, love the animal farm and garden - you get local eggs and salad made from it too,
and it still feels very luxurious.
The restaurant is vegetarian friendly too.
Free spa treatment every day is a great advantage
The only negative thing is the beach - unfortunately there’s no facilities to relax at the beach.

With all the flair and elegance of a top resort, Fusion manages to maintain an understated and relaxed feel.
The fusionista idea works so well. Joe and Nathalie were wonderful in every way!
The service is outstanding; if someone noticed we were lurking near an empty coffee pot at breakfast, they preempted our need, came over and replaced it immediately.
The spa treatments were out of this world! Just superb.

The rooms facing the sea were beautiful, the sound of the waves at night is very calming. Staff were very attentive and the Spa onsite was used daily.
the organic farm & garden are a great touch. facilities including tennis courts & gym were also useful on the cloudy days.

The property is very good and staff is very helpful. Food is good but limitation is there for vegetarian people. But management tries hard to provide food as per your palate.
SPA needs to be better. The prices are inclusive of Spa which makes the resort very expensive. It should be exclusive of spa charges and available on demand.

Everything was absolutely exceptional and heavenly!
We got a free upgrade to the suite we had booked which included a private pool on top of the private garden we had by default.
The suite was amazing and offered a walk in shower, an isolated bathroom, an open bathtub area, an outside shower, a large closet, an outside pool, garden, huuuge bedroom!
they provided us with unlimited still water in the room for free. The service in the restaurant was impeccable as well. People greeted us by name every time we went to have food, which is impressive to me given the amount of guests there were checked in at the time.
we had included in our package a free 50” treatment per day/ per person. this service was extraordinary as well!!!
We can’t think of a single bad thing we had experienced during our 5 day stay.
everything was absolutely incredible (service, accommodation, perks, personnel, amenities, value for money etc).
