Mr Lich at Reception was exceptional!! Our request for Kind bed could not be confirmed so he upgraded us to a suite to make sure!! The room was lovely with nice ocean view, perfect for a romantic getaway! We enjoyed the main swimming pool in the afternoon, and the lady working at the pool bar was also great!
We had to wait a long time to check in. Check in time is already later than usual at 3.00pm. We arrived just before 3.00pm and did not get to our room until almost 4.00pm!!
King bed request was not confirmed - customers need to know if Kind bed request is confirmed or not before arrival and payment as Twin beds are definitely not suitable for a couple having a romantic getaway.

Excellent location, great view. The hotel is clean and quiet. The pools are nice and warm.

Everything, from the room , facilities and staff, all were great
There should be some more variety in vegetarian, offer was limited at the buffet as well à la carte

Hotel price was so cheap and the view from the room was very nice. Staff were also friendly.
The resort was smaller than I expected and the breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. The pools also felt small and crowded along with the beach
