Modern, spacious, spotlessly clean.
Great facilities. The rooms were large and beautiful with stunning sea views. Huge beds with fab linen and pillows.
Quiet location which we loved after 12 days of travelling around Vietnam.
We had a lovely welcome at reception.
Some of the staff were not so friendly. Mainly the pool bars.

Amazing resort with everything you need for a relaxing remote holiday. We didn’t have to leave the resort which is what we wanted from this particular trip. Great food and friendly staff.
Was asked to sign up for Raddison Rewards program for 10%discount off food and beverages purchased. When checking out I asked why my discount wasn’t applied to my f&b bill and was told that “you have to tell each staff member that you are a rewards program customer for them to apply the discount to every transaction” - not a great service for priority customers and defeats the purpose of a rewards program!

Nice rooms, spectacular view, very comfy beds and pillows. After some problems encountered we have make a note about it- general manager Mr. Kurt V. contacted us and copensate it more than fully. Breakfast was excellent.
Some of the staff have problems with English and were not so helpful.. only after our complaint..rooms were very nice but slightly dingy, there were quite loud wind noise

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Radisson. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, man hat viel Privatsphäre, die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr modern und sauber und die Pools sowie das Gym sind sehr gut.
Die Restaurants vor Ort sind zwar für vietnamesische Verhältnisse teuer, aber das Essen war immer sehr gut und von höchster Qualität.
Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit, manchmal darf man jedoch keinen westlichen Standard erwarten.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es waren wunderbare 4 Tage zum Entspannen und Abschalten.
Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb, man fährt ca 45 Minuten nach Nha Trang. Toll ist aber, dass das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt anbietet, das hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Klimaanlage im Gym hat beide male nicht wirklich funktioniert, sodass man beim Sport zerflossen ist vor Hitze.
Beim Abendessen kam der Kellner während des Essens des Hauptgangs mit der Rechnung, was wirklich gestört hat.

We stayed in one of the pool villas and it was amazing! It was like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The perfect way to end our 4 week stay in Vietnam. The buffet breakfast which was included in the price was without doubt the best we had, so much on offer. The pool was great. And the restaurant Blu Lobster is amazing, we ate there twice. Make sure you watch the sunrise as well, stunning.
One small complaint, they were unable to give us a complimentary 2pm checkout, so we booked the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport at 1 for a 3.45 flight. The man then told us we dont need that much time to be at the airport. And tried pushing us back to 2. We compromised for 1.45. But had to sit in the lobby bored out of our minds, at least at the airport there are things to look at and we could have got lunch. And I like to mot be rushed at the airport Always go with what you want. Kind of ruined our stay a bit

Lovely hotel and facilities - very spacious and comfortable rooms.
A little further out from Nha Trang was a little bit pricy for taxis to town but we knew this would be the case.

Charging for water when on full board felt a little cheeky particularly when it was about £3 a small 330ml bottle and 1.5l can usually be bought for 30p in the town.

Can have more shuttle bus trips to City Centre. 914 Room needed some repairs with the bed lights, storage sliding door and curtains. minor maintenance issues.

Loved our villa, loved the executive lounge and cocktail hour, buffet was very good, property was very clean and gardens/grounds were lovely.
Some typical wear and tear around the villa (due to guests), but this is expected and did not take away from our enjoyment. Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. Some minor issues came up due to communication with staff, but just took a bit of patience to figure out.

Location is on the beach, there is nothing around so you stay on the grounds of the resort. There is a daily shuttle into Nha trang.
Breakfast is amazing. Dinner was nice, however the buffet is only open on weekends or holidays.
Activities for kids only happen on the weekend

I recently stayed at the resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, our timing was unfortunate as we arrived on a day with terrible weather, which meant we couldn't make use of the beach as we had hoped. Instead, we ended up spending most of our time in our room.
Despite the bad weather, the resort did a great job of keeping us comfortable during our stay. Our room was spacious, well-maintained and came equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern.
While we didn't get to fully enjoy the beach due to the weather, we did manage to take a quick stroll along the shoreline and were impressed by how well-maintained it was. The sand was soft and clean, and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for guests.
Overall, I would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained property. While our stay was hindered by bad weather, I am confident that on a better day, we would have been able to take full advantage of the beautiful beach and all the other amenities the resort has to offer.

Beautiful resort on beach, there for wedding and good spot on beach.
You are captive audience and have no other option to go out to buy supplies or eat somewhere else. All the resorts in Cam Rahn are big major resorts, so you're trapped in hotel.
Aircon was poor in resort and worst thing was trying to sleep in hot room. It was uncomfortable and spoilt stay tbh.
Also one day they had BBQ for set price. All the other bars were closed on that day and it gave you little choice if you wanted bar snack and quick beer.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, there was a lot of variety to choose from and the interior decor of the restaurant was breathtaking.
The hotel setting in general was outstanding, it provided us a good relaxing holiday for us to remember.
We felt the prices at the hotel were too extortionate for the different spa treatments. The main restaurant for dinner was also too expensive and did not match the quality/quantity of the food. It was disappointing to learn that when we asked for more water for the hotpot, they wanted to charge us an extra 250.000 dong and so we refused out of principle. We didn't think that was value for money and felt that we were being ripped off.
Also the location was a bit too remote; there wasn't much around the area immediately outside of the hotel. Luckily we had a hired driver that was able to take us around Cam Ranh, otherwise we would have been hotel bound or had to rely on the taxi services to get around.
Although the beach had an exotic setting, it was littered with a bit of rubbish. For a hotel as big as Raddison Blu, we expected there to be staff members on the beach to help clear it up. I had a 20month old baby and so I was very conscious of the rubbish around us and had to clear within our immediate vicinity to ensure that my son was safe.
