Beautiful hotel, and we r so grateful for staff, especially The Verandah team and Reception. Thanks to everyone of them, we will comeback for sure.
True 5 star hotel, but, we had a problem with outside pool, during the evening it was raining, and there was no difference on surface between pool and floor, because floor was flooded, and we just fell into the pool. My camera just died immediately from the water that got inside the camera. It was our very first day at the hotel, and ruined that evening for me and fiancé.
Maybe we could’ve avoid this situation if swimming pool had its lights inside, but unfortunately there was not, because next day another person just fell into the pool like we did a day earlier.
It’s not about compensation, it’s about safety for other guests that you will be expecting sooner.
Anyway, it didn’t ruined my accommodation, thanks to staff, everyone of them was friendly to us.

Amazing resort with the best service and facilities. Beach is beautiful. Swimming pool is great and everything is clean and well maintained.
