From the very first moment when we entered the hotel, we had an amazing time there. Especially Mr Jason welcomed our Family very warmly. Wonderful hotel facility, great and very attentive staff everywhere. Nothing to complain about. My kids insisted me to extend our stay at this wonderful Mövenpick Resort, so i did! We would stay there again without any doubts.

On the amazing Cam Rahn beach, with lovely pool, and a very good choice of food. excellent service too.
Disappointed that the spa service was limited (no mani/pedi e.g.). Also no Yoga or Tai Chi classes on offer. a bit disappointing too.

Clean, big rooms and comfy beds! Nice area. Pool amazing.
Service was a conundrum! Wants to be a 5 star resort but service training is desperatly needed. Not attentive, slow, inconsistent. Example they serve bread as an appetizer but at the same time bread and oil arrive they take away breadplate and butterknife, what?. When you order dessert all plates from appetizer and main course still stay on your table smelling all sorts of fun with your dessert. No asking for anything more to drink. Or if you ordered a pre dinner drink and appetizer and main course they give you main course first and no drinks. Then appetizer. Last drinks ???. Unorganized. I work in hospitality and i desperatly wanted to actually just give them a crash course in how service is done. So easily rectified
Hope they invest in training for the staff its desperatly needed. Attitude was great but without training its not good.
