Great hotel. Very green and beautiful territory.
The room looks like in the pictures.
Great private beach - One of the best in the area!
Breakfast is diverse.
Coffee at breakfast is prepared by a barista and it is amazing!

No add mango to breakfast
Beach towels need to be changed more frequently.
Some of them are dirty or worn out (it’s quite important for a 5 star hotel)

They upgraded us, due to dirty, not cleaned floor. In the new place the shower water was not running away.
This is a place with a lot of incompetent and unmotivated people in service. Once the food ordered was not eatable. The manager of food service had to excuse himself at least 15 times in one evening. They better should dismiss 35% of the people and use the money to pay the others better so they are more motivated.
