It’s still a nice place to go. Huge pool but no service. Still worth the money, but don’t expect 5 star service

It was planned as a nice resort and it is still nice

It is poorly managed Not sure when they got the 5star rating The staff is friendly but badly trained They want to do but they don’t know what to do The free bicycle are seldom available and if they available the can’t be used because of flat tyre. It’s a nice resort and a lovely place to relax, but it needs to be managed better otherwise it’s going down. On weekends it changed from a quiet relaxing place to a crowded party area. Kids corner and spa only exist on paper

Exceptional

The staff was super super super nice and so kind😭✨ They were caring me like family, and they helped me sooooo much!!! I have no word to say how i grateful.

Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

We were given a room upgrade on arrival and the room was lovely with a huge bathroom. Rooms were in a lovely garden setting.

Such a shame there were so few people in the resort but that was the only downside.

A wonder and beautiful resort, the gardens and rooms where immaculate

It was very quite and not a lot of quests so a full buffets was not available, but we had wide range breakfast choices cooked to order, very fresh and service from the staff was very quick and very helpful

I will definitely stay here when I come back to Nha trang. All staffs are super nice and friendly.

Pool! it’s the best to enjoy beach and mountain view during swimming

only one restaurant was open without grocery store in resort

Long wait at the restaurant for the menu, then to order, then again to get the bill.

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money we paid. We were told we had been upgraded but in fact we had been changed to a room at the back of the complex which had 24hrs noise from the road and staff starting maintence work @5am. The A/c in our room would default back to 28C in the middle of the night. The shower was just a shower head over a bath with either scalding or cold water no medium temp( the original room i booked had a walk in shower) The food was poor standard and the restaurant we ate in had approx 3 Vietnamese dishes from a large menu of european food.
