Nice infrastructure, staff always at service and meeting our demands, beautiful surroundings.
Some rooms with garden view are close to bird nests and they make a lot of noise, make sure to check that if it is your case.
Vegan/vegetarian meal options are limited in the restaurants, point to be improved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thami, I hope I got her name right, at the front desk helped us deal with a small issue in our room and was very helpful. The swimming pool staff and the restaurant staff are also very helpful and try to make this holiday better.
The hotel is quite dated and a bit smelly. The is a bad smell on the tables, the beds and the sheets. The carpet in the corridor has a bad smell and looks dirty. The food is a hit and miss, one day it was good, the next day it was below average.
