This hotel is beautiful. nice rooms, amazing pool and beach area, great breakfast, lovely Italian restaurant for dinner. We really loved it.
The fact that we got a 2 single beds room for 4 people which was really uncomfortable based on the fact the the beds was 1.2 meters wide each. The hotel didn't give us any solution like an extra bed (I was happy to pay for it) as they said they were full and have no extra beds. Honestly, I don't know if it was booking.com fault for allowing 4 people for such small beds, and the photos were a bit misleading as the beds were looking bigger. Don't know if it's the hotel's fault. but we managed the nights (not sleeping so well), and since we loved all the rest, we have great respect for this hotel and recommend it.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with a private pool, it was 5 star luxury at its finest. The villa, the staff, the service was perfect. I cannot wait to go back.

We were staying in the villa. It had 3 rooms, so 2 adults and 3 kids had enough space.
Breakfasts are okay, amenities are nice.
Most of the staff are tired and aggressive. Sometimes rude. You will not find vietnamese hospitality in this hotel or on the VinWonders island in general. Everything is very practical and like an assembly line. It is only worth living in the hotels on the island if you plan to spend most of your time in the park. Otherwise stay away - there are much better hotels in the area.
