리조트 내에서 모든 것을 해결하고 싶다면?

예약을 하고도 위치 때문에 고민이 많았습니다. 쉬고 싶어서 간 것이기 때문에 방문했지만 그 판단은 결코 틀리지 않았던 것 같아요. 내부에서 모든 것을 해결할 수 있었고, 특히 수영장 시설이 너무 좋았습니다. 모든 직원은 친절했고, 직원들 덕분에 다시 방문하고 싶다는 생각이 간절했어요. 마지막에 여권을 분실해서 호텔에 찾아봐달라고 요청했는데 함께 찾아봐주셔서 감사했습니다. 체크아웃 후에도 고객으로서 도움을 받을 수 있어서 감동이었어요.

많은 평처럼 조식이나 디너, 내부에 있는 레스토랑의 음식 맛이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 다만 직원들은 친절했고, 한국인을 위한 김치나 오이소박이 같은 음식들이 나와서 좋았어요.

좋은 시설의 설치만이 다가 아니다. 결국은 운영관리를 잘 해야....

워터파크 시설이 나름 좋았으며 벳남에서 한국의 시설들과 비슷한 장비, 시설들로 즐길수 있다는 것에 나름대로 만족함

1. 설연휴라고 셔틀픽업비용을 추가로 더 받는것, 금액이 크지않은데 그걸 굳이 받아야하나 싶고, 왜냐면 애초에 포함하여 청구를 하던지 나중에 추가금액이 있으니 더 결재해달라고 안내문자를 다시 보내서 사실 약간 짜증남. 2. 그리고 골프예약을 함께 요청했는데 그건 따로 직접 부킹해라고 메일주소를 알려주는것도 진짜 이해가 안됨 이러면서 무슨 고객센터인가? 3. 비치 스낵바에서 수영장까지 스낵, 음료 배달 안 해주는것은 이해가 안감 그리고 배달 안되는것에 대한 설명 또는 양해도 없고 미안해 하지도 않음 4. 케이블카에서 내려 호텔로 가기 위해 버기카 기다리는데 관리직원이 줄서있는 고객들의 탑승 순서를 제대로 관리 안해서 중국인, 벳남인들과 외국인들이 싸울뻔 함 돈 들여서 시설은 할수 있으나 관리는 역시 아무나 할 수 있는게 아니라는거 알 수 있음. 한국의 에버랜드의 수준 따라오려면 아직 많이 멀었다 5. 호텔 벨보이들의 고객 안내가 많이 서틀음. 역시 버기카를 타기 위해서 기다리는 고객들의 탑승 운영 관리를 제대로 못해서 싸울 뻔 한 것을 수차례 목격하였음. 물론 순서 안 지키는 벳남, 중국인들이 문제이지만 그것을 관리 해야 책임도 호텔측에 있기에 지적하는 것임

It was so good to stay in Vinpearl.

Room condition, ocean view, bathroom, everything was good. I used the swimming pool and the sea well. Breakfast and Lagoon Beach Club food were also delicious. I'm satisfied with the room service.

There was a lot of noise because it was during the construction period, and there was no order at breakfast, so it was chaotic. The water in the pool was too hot. I hope it's cool.

Nice Getaway with Amusement Park for Kids

Private beach.

Slow internet. Lack of international TV channels. Restaurant options are limited due to being isolated in the island.

Amazing views. 5 star luxury accommodation. Fantastic large pool. Reasonably priced for meals and drinks.

Service in the Lagoon Bar was not great at all. Staff weren’t overly friendly. No English speaking TV channels (only local TV). No room service. Advertised a mini bar but only had 2 soft drinks in it. Waste of money getting room with Vinwonders access - 2 hour line up for rides!

A nice hotel with great view and hospitality.

1. I like the staff are very helpful with the luggages. 2. The breakfast is good, but it would be perfect if can offer more options there.

1. Better to install some sockets above the bedside table so that the guests can charge their 3C products with convenience. 2. Better to have a mobile drying rack in the balcony or yard, so it’s easier for guests to dry their clothes. It’s hard to dry them in the bathroom since it’s very humid in the whole city. 3. The English level of staff can be improved. When I told them I need the wipes in the reception or dinning area, no one understood, which really surprised me.

A terrible experience, not worth it to spend money and time here

Nothing. Not worth the money to go here.

Location: Away to far from the airport. 45 mins in car plus the ship plus the tuk tuk transport. It takes around 1h30. Room: You have to plug the phone and the mini bar fridge by yourself. The mini bar will take a night to cool up. The mini bar fridge is dirty. The design of the room is normal, nothing shows a 5-star hotel. We have 2 twins bed, but it seems like it's smaller than the other hotel we had stayed. Shower head is the cheapest shower head I have ever seen in 5-star hotel. Housekeeping: Forgot to put back the towels and did not refill the shampoo. Staffs: They did not smile at all. I could see their face expression that they were not happy or not to welcome us. The waiter/waitress in the 2 restaurants of the hotel often gave us cold shoulder, and they cleaned up the table really slow even if it was not busy or they just stood in their section corner and looked around. They did not offer baby chair, we had to go find and take by ourselves. Baby chair hadn't been cleaned. They did not refill water often, too. Lots of time, they passed by us, looked down to our tables without removing dished, or asked if everything is fine. It's totally cold. Buffet menu: It doesn't have many choices, and many choices are repeated for a few days. Restaurants: No menu online or anywhere. Lobby bar: It said it closed at 23h, my husband went there around 21h, and they told him that they would close at 22h. Facilities: Each facilities are too far from each other, you cannot simply walk there, have to check their transport schedule to transport. No map for facilities. Vinwonders: Restaurants: Many Restaurants interesting like Starbucks, bubble tea shop, etc. Are located in vinwonder, so If you want to eat those you have to pay the vinwonders ticket to get in. So ridiculous. Too big for nothing. Have no transport. It's really hard to walk around with small kids in this big place.

Amaizing !!!

Wonderful vacation , the place is amaizing with perfect pool and clean beach. service is exeptional , perfect if you looking for relaxation . the lagoon resturant offer very good food with fair prices.

Best choice for family vacation

Nice staff, relaxing accommodation and facilities such as spa, vin wonders. I strongly recommend this resort for vacation especially for family.

Hope to have more various type of breakfast and restaurant inside. It would be better having a convenience store : )

beautiful n clean and staff were lovely.

lovely kitchen BUT - no cooking facilities. this was a policy we found out at checkin - no cooking on Premises. why would we book a accomodation where this is not allowed? if we Brough food from out to our accomodation - we had to pay $50 additional per day!!! good options at resident restaurants really bad n expensive - not value for lovey. room service food was beyond editable. kids got a bug for food eaten at room service. would not recommend if you have a young family - where you might need to cook something simple for a meal!!!

Great place for family vacation!

A nice place to stay with yout family. Friendly staff who always saying hi and being super helpful during the stay. The 04 beds villa we stayed in is quite good, ours is near the entrance to the beach which was convenient. Just wish that there is a beach-front option. Many fun entertainments, speed boat available 24/24 which helps with travelling from/to inland.

Villa is a bit old so some minor trouble such as door hard/cannot lock properly, stains on furniture...but housekeeping did a great jobs of keeping beds and showers clean. Lighting too yellow for makeup tho...

really great.

it screams luxury. most staff were lovely. only the ones on the main land during check in was a bit unsatisfactory. they were rushing us as soon as we got out of our taxi. they were pushing us in even though we havent even paid our taxi yet.

the villa pools were not heated. the water was freezing

The sea view of the room, the set up of the hotel in front of the beach with good swimming pools, and the speedboat service was working very well.

They were always very stressed about you paying everything in advance. All the services needed to be paid on the spot, not charged on the room (food, spa, etc). The food was average and very expensive. The room was OK with a nice front sea view, but very basic. The staff didn’t speak English and every time that I was asking for a information they seemed annoyed and give you harsh answers, not in a polite manner. There were some inflatable on the kids swimming pool but they were for rent. if you’re staying at the hotel you can buy tickets to Winwonders that allows you to enter and leave the park several times a day, however they oblige you to buy tickets for the full room. In my case one of the days my husband was not feeling well and wanted to stay at the hotel and I needed to buy the ticket for him anyway, so I can go with our daughter - which doesn’t make any sense specially because they control the entrance with face recognition. Overall the hotel doesn’t have a 5 stars feeling when it comes to service.

The personell and the service is Premier league, comparing to Radisson in Phu Quoc, Radisson is very good but they are not even close to the level Vinpearl play in. Impressing!

Dated rooms- bad view- bathroom smelled of smoke but the room was a non- smoker room. Xmas buffet dinner- overpriced and food inedible. Rude Staff- allegedly had credit but they conveniently forgot to mention you can’t use it over “their holiday’s”.

The island is basically an amusement park with a nice beach

location. The transportation around the island was always on time.

rooms in hotel were basic. staff had poor English skills. service in the beachside cafe/restaurant was slow.
