The room was exceptional. The resort was small but perfectly formed. The pool and beach were perfect.
A little bit more information about what activities were available would have been helpful. Having changing facilities whilst waiting for check in would have been better than having to change in the toilets! Especially as check in is late.

Some staff were pleasant, some it was a chore, like why am I here...?fruit was nice, but you needed to get no later than 9.00am as everythingis pretty much down to the last bits( breakfast shuts at 10.00am, they give you 15 minutes notice..as they don't replenish, juices or fruit or anything else for that matter
Definitely not a 5 star, pushing to get to 4 stars, room was full of dust,especially the bed head, seemed no one stayed in the bungalow for a while,not sure, handle in the shower was broken, shower pressure non existent, takes 5 minutes for the water to warm up, toilet took multiple times to flush, then it gurgles which should not be the case, front door had to be forecably closed, floors had deep scratches, decor very dated, had to ask for extra pillows as you only get one each?, towels were one day fluffy, next day like sandpaper as were the hand towels. The restaurant options were poor. The pizza i had was the worst in living memory. The chicken burger was like eating cardboard... I could go on, but overall, it was very disappointing
