We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent—close to plenty of eateries and within walking distance of the beach, which made it very convenient.
The staff were particularly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we appreciated how quickly they attended to our requests.
A couple of areas could be improved: blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, especially for guests who prefer to sleep in, and firmer pillows would make the sleeping experience even more comfortable

The pool, location and the room was very nice.
The bed was rather firm and only one thin pillow each. Amenities were not restocked unless we asked including toilet paper. Was not advised there was a switch to turn hot water on in the room. Did not know until we asked about it two days into our stay as we assumed they had just run out of hot water. And the transport to airport organised last minute did not arrive on time. We were going to order a grab but was advised to use their service. Waited twenty minutes and never came. Ended up getting a grab anyway and had we kept waiting would have missed our flight.
