We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this establishment. Everything was perfect from start to finish—the welcome, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the quality of services, and especially the kindness of the entire team. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
We particularly want to thank Sarah, the receptionist, who was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Always smiling, friendly, and thoughtful, she truly made our stay even more special. She took the time to advise us, answer all our questions, and ensure we lacked nothing. We especially appreciated her warm welcome and the way she made us feel at home.

The hotel interior is nicely finished, we appreciated the welcome note in the room, and the drinks at the pool bar were good. However, good drinks and nice design unfortunately do not make up for the shortcomings in service and comfort.
Although the staff appeared friendly at first, they were not helpful when we actually needed assistance. During our stay my husband became ill and the hotel refused to help us arrange a doctor to come to the room, which was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a hotel of this category. In a situation involving a guest’s health, I would expect a much more supportive approach.
There were also several comfort issues. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the room was quite small, and there was barely any space to store two large suitcases. Additionally, the beds were very firm, which significantly reduced the comfort of sleep.
The breakfast buffet was quite average, and the cappuccino was unfortunately the worst coffee I had during my entire trip in Vietnam. Considering the hotel’s advertised standard, the food and beverage quality should be much better.
