CAMPSITE REQUIREMENTS **for delivery** When booking your campsite, please double check the site you have booked and/or will book to make sure it will accommodate a 34' RV. There are NO exceptions to this rule. We also appreciate FULL hookups at the site: water, sewer, electric (30 amp whenever possible - however we will provide an adapter if 50 amp is the only thing available). Please note, for rentals of of 4+ nights we REQUIRE a full hookup site or an extra security deposit. NOTE: If for some reason you can't find a full hook-up site (lots of Beaver Lake sites are not full hook-up), we kindly ask that you at minimum try to book a water/electric site. For all sites that are not FULL hook-up, there is an additional charge for dumping tanks ($75). ***If you tow*** Black and grey tanks need to be emptied & black water tank flushed. A $250 fee will be deducted from your deposit if the tanks are not emptied & flushed. Smoking is prohibited in the RV. If this rule is broken you run the risk of forfeiting your security deposit. Camper should be broom clean when returned & all dirty beds stripped, linens in tub. In certain cases 1 dog will be allowed - in this cases please reach out because there will be an additional pet deposit & cleaning fee.
