MASTER BEDROOM: Large private bedroom with queen bed with new memory foam mattress, extra storage, and TV hookup
BUNKROOM: Has full size bunks with new memory foam.
MISC SLEEPING: The dining table and couch also convert to beds for additional sleeping.
INDOOR KITCHEN: Comes with pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, utensils, knives, plates, bowls, scrub brush, broom, and mop. Also comes with microwave and stove top.
OUTDOOR SHOWER: Shower with hot and cold water.
ENTERTAINMENT: Comes equipped with TV and radio.
BATHROOM: Toilet, sink, shower, toilet paper, septic tabs, and bathtub
LINENS: Include fresh linens for all beds!
YOU PROVIDE: Pillows (If you are traveling to the site and need pillows please let us know)
DELIVERY: Delivery, setup and pickup available for a fee.
$110 Return Maintenance Fee: Includes propane refill, restocking of toilet paper, septic tabs, dumping of all tanks, flushing out black tank, exterior wash (if needed) and disinfectant cleaning of interior up to 30 mins ONLY. Extra fee applies at $1 per minute of cleaning. The unit must return in the condition it was picked up or additional cleaning fees may apply.
