RVShare emails are unreliable. This is perfect for dry camping or what we know as boondocking. If you like going off the beaten track and off the grid this is the perfect travel trailer. It also has regular hook ups if need be. This is a discounted introductory rate. Pick ups and drop offs can be arranged anytime (pretty much anywhere within 50 miles from Buellton) Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Compact at 23' this has a great layout with a Queen size bed with 3" memory foam topper (you will sleep like a baby), a twin size fold down dinette and a fold out leather sofa that can sleep one adult or two kids. This has a coffee maker, grinder, 4 sets of glassware, pot and pans, silverware and flatware and 2 camp chairs. Approximately 4,700 lbs dry weight. You will need a 2 5/16" tow hitch ball. 3 solar panels charge 2 gel deep cycle batteries connected to a 3000w inverter/charger all outlets operate without hook-ups. The fridge works off this system but would need some extra juice from the onboard Propane supply for extended use. BYO Bed linen, pillows and towels or we can provide at an extra charge. Almost every shelf and cupboard is empty for your use: You can empty grey and black tanks and refill propane yourself or we can do it for the following fees: I'd appreciate it if you took care of this trailer like it is your own. Everything looks new because it has been taken care of. Not putting up your shoes on sofa/seats or tables, not scraping any objects on the surfaces and so on. I personally leave my shoes at the front door (I don't expect you to) but it helps keep stones and dirt out that easily carries into the trailer.
