Please note: MINIMUM 3 night rentals ONLY Super comfy lodgings! Large living area with slide out. Two recliners, a couch (pull-out sleeps 2 small/adults for children), and kitchenette seating (sleeps 1). TV with DVD/CD/Radio/Aux cord outlet/USB port. Indoor/outdoor speakers. Queen size bed in the back with it's own exterior door. Large bathroom with full size shower. 2 propane tanks. AC and heater. Electric/gas hot water heater. Lots of storage throughout. Hot/cold water outdoor shower as well. Doesn't get more comfortable and relaxing than this! An itemized list of trailer maintenance/towing items, storage contents, kitchen contents, bathroom contents, and linens will be presented upon rental. Missing or damaged items will be deducted from deposit upon return of trailer. Generator: THIS TRAILER DOES NOT COME WITH A GENERATOR. If you use a generator you MUST use one with an inverter or you'll damage the trailer electronics and anything you plug into it such as phones. (cheaper generators are made to run non-electric power tools such as used in construction) To run the A/C on a generator you'll need a good 3,000 watt (Like a Honda) or average 4,000 watt generator. The microwave and everything else will run on a good 2,000 watt generator. Must have Brake Controller installed in towing vehicle. Need additional trailer specs?
