A Nice Place to stay with family

The location is very close to local shops easy to access the local attractions. The property is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool is a good addition to the property with heat pump.

All was nice only bed linen can be improved apart from this all was excellent

Good value for money with lots of facilities

Good value for money with a lot of facilities (each room with it's own bathroom, pool, barbeque).

One of the rooms' air-conditioning was dripping.

The villa looks exactly the same as it’s on the picture. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable with all the necessary stuff. It is the perfect place for group of friends to enjoy the pool, BBQ and the whole space as it’s really comfortable. All the rooms had separate bathrooms, AC s and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend this villa! I’d like to say few fords separately about our host Jimmy - he was the best host ever. Very helpful in every aspect - we were using his van to drive around the city, visited Ayia Napa and costs were reasonable. He is the really best! Thanks for that!

Superb

Very spacious villa and it was cool that there were air conditioners in every bedroom and three in the common space. Owner was very helpful.

There were no dishwasher tablets, trashbags or laundry detergent and we had to buy them ourselves.

Everything was rather fresh and new. There was a pool

-owner goes into the houses during the day while you're away to check and turn of AC -there was problems with electricity. Fuses goes out (in the middle of washer, dishwasher cycle or while cooking) -in one of the houses, there were ants in the living room/kitchen. A lot of ants -it doesn't seem so in pictures, but the pools are in the middle of lines of houses -the resort (village is not finished - so you're looking at church instruction a lot)

The best way to have fun and relax with friends

I like that it was in good condition, and the people were very helpful

I did not like that i did not see anywhere in the policy about a deposit! And we got a message last min! It would be good to put it in the description or somewhere where it can be seen before booking

Very good

The overall experience was good, the Villa is of a good quality construction, spacious and convenient. The owner is helpful, supportive and always available

1. We noticed on a daily basis that the host goes into the villa while we are out, nothing related to any laundry or housekeeping, the reason was turning off the ACs. This is so odd, we didn’t feel any privacy. Add to that the CCTV camera in the backyard. 2. Villa location is far from the city center. 3. There’s no close by shops, markets, restaurants and bakeries. 4. We had a one full day without electricity, not the host bad yet no compensation provided. 5. Checkout timing is not flexible at all. 6. No Coffee machine at any of the villas. 7. Tissue paper, Toilet paper, garbage bags were only provided once. We stayed in the villa 4 days without having those refilled. 8. Bedroom curtains are not blackout. 9. The property description is misleading in terms of the number of bathrooms and which villa includes master bedrooms and which does not.

Beautiful place, clean and perfect for a friend group

We loved the villa, it was really big and clean. The pool was amazing too. There was A/C in every room, so everybody could use it if they needed it. The owners were really helpful and friendly too.

Superb

The host was very communicative and helped us with all the requests we had. For example, I knew that we would arrive very late, after midnight, and I asked him to leave us something to drink in the fridge for a fee, and he helped us with the greatest pleasure. The rooms are spacious with generous wardrobes. The villa we stayed in had two rooms with bathrooms and one that was served by the bathroom in the hallway. Hot water with pressure without problems even for 8 people. Heated pool 29-30 degrees (for a fee) Comfortable beds The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Maybe a coffee maker would be useful:D Bus 3 min walk to Larnaca. The only problem is that they are quite rare, but at least they respect the schedule (p.s. the station to Larnaca is at the gas station) Supermarket at a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. Large variety of products Restaurant at a maximum of 10 minutes on foot - mainly seafood and traditional dishes.

It could be seen that it had not been whitewashed for some time and the previous tourists were not the most careful with the walls. Some cobwebs The curtains are not the cleanest Not enough cutlery (especially knives) We were promised that we could check out at 11 for free, but the day before departure we were told 10 (the usual check-out time) It would have been nice to have some tablets for the dishwasher. It's true that I didn't even ask. Maybe we would have received it. There are small things that can be improved for the maximum mark.

A very beautiful Villa, with your own pool. The owner and his son are very very helpful! There's a laundry room 👍

The kitchen cupboards would need a good cleaning, there is ants having snacks!

We really had an amazing holiday at CY, Booking this place added icing on the cake. Superv!

The owner was very friendly, who tracked about our visit as soon as we booked this villa through Booking.com. He than tracked if we landed safely and arranged to collect keys via his son who was waiting us outside the property.

There was nothing to not like about as everything was perfect.

quite worth it with price

it’s quite far way, without car is impossible to move around. Worst thing is constriction just in one meter, avoid to stay in villa N16, workers starting from 6:00, impossible to sleep.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very helpful and good communicator. Highly recommend it and probably will be a good choice for the next spring-summer trip.

A little bit of noise from the construction near the villa but isn’t a very noticeable problem.

Lovely house..

House was beautiful and easy check in and out. Had a minor problem and was sorted within minutes by the owner, very helpful.. would stay again for sure..

Only negative is you need a car, main road isn't safe for walking with kids.. but not the properties fault and we had a car.

Comfortable stay, handy to nearby facilities. Good to be away from the bustle of Larnaca.

Clean, spacious and modern. Our hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues very promptly.

Needed some more cutlery and crockery, serving plates, chopping boards etc. Would have liked a top sheet.
