The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal. Please Note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis

We absolutely loved this condo, and it might have to do with it being so similar to our apartment back home. Perfect size for a husband and wife, and amazing location to get to the beach and the Sanctuary Hotel with ease. The property manager is wonderful. We will be staying here again in the future!

My fiancé and I stayed for a couple nights while we attended a wedding. The villa and neighborhood was clean and quiet and we didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. The host made everything seamless by providing instructions how to enter the island, get I to the villa etc. They also made sure to send us a quick text when the villa was available for earlier than schedule check in. Overall great experience.

We were very, very happy with everything at the property. It was nicely decorated, very clean and easy to navigate. The back screened in porch was amazing and the view was wonderful. Even though we were by the tennis courts, there was never an issue with noise. We highly recommend this property!

My fiancè and I stayed the weekend here for a friends wedding. It was perfectly located and extremely clean and charming. Really comfortable beds and pillows (which is a big deal for me because I can be a “picky pillow person”). Appliances were well stocked. It’s nice to have the outside sitting area that is screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs but you can still enjoy the outdoors. Super easy check in process, Patricia was very helpful in answering all of my questions and she also gave us some great recommendations. 5 minute scenic bike ride to the beach. We will be back!

The villa was very updated ,clean and had everything we needed . We loved the screened in porch which was so peaceful to sit with a coffee in the morning. Lovely walk to the beach . Great communication from the management .
