I would definitely recommend Belvedere Villa and would not hesitate in returning, not only because of its perfect locati

The property was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the harbour and it’s lovely restaurants, shops etc. Stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa had everything you needed, UK TV channels, washing machine a home from home. The pool was gorgeous and private, lovely seating area outside. Fanos the owner is amazing, the communication with him from start to finish was excellent, we did not arrive until the early hours but he made sure we got there safely and even let us have a late check out due to our flight being late in our return. Unfortunately we had a flat tyre in the hire car and Fanos was so helpful as we had to change it to the spare, he contacted local garages to help us sort the problem. A true gentleman.

Private villa next to harbour

Location Host responded fast via wattsapp and was very friendly. Pool was good size Outdoor sitting areas Barbeque TV had plenty of channels Nobody is bothering you, you have your own house, we didnt see anyone coming to villa during 6 day stay

Construction side next door Lots of mosquitos. Would be nice to have doors open for fresh air, but there are no fly-nets. AC was a bit noisy Bare in mind it is self-catering, you need to clean up daily, and take the trash out and sort the recycling bins in town. If you dont clean frequently ants and other crawlers will come inside the house.

A great relaxing break in Villa Belvedere.

A very clean, comfortable, well equipped villa in a great location for the restaurants, shops and the beach of Latchi. Fantastic outside space, no immediate neighbours so very quiet. Good views of the surrounding area. The pictures didnt do the villa justice, so exceeded our expectations on arrival. Host easy to correspond with and quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to return if staying in the area again.

Exceptional

Fanos was a wonderful host. Excellent communication. He even managed to send the housekeeper within 10 mins to let us in when we locked ourselves out! The location, the villa, the pool... everything was superb!! We've already rebooked for next year.

Realy good choice.

This is absolutely perfect. 3minutes by walk to restaurants and shops but on very private location. Big comfortable pool only for the house. Villa is very comfortable too, well equiped and kept clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Villa for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely villa in a quiet location but within 10 minutes walk of Latsi Marina. Outside facilities could have been for a much larger villa, good size pool, shaded seating area and a very good BBQ.

Very relaxing, easy to walk down to the harbour and supermarket.

Very comfortable and easy to stay in. Well kitted out. Fanos was very helpful over WhatsApp as we tried to work out how to access some films.

Excellent place!

We had a pleasant stay in this wonderful villa. The villa is fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool. The outdoor area is spacious with a nice seating arrangement and barbecue facilities. The view to Latchi sea is delightful. The owner was very friendly and willing to assist us. We enjoyed our stay, and we certainly recommend others to stay here too. We will definitely consider coming back again!

A hidden paradise for a perfect holiday!

Just perfect! A beautifully renovated villa and landscaped gardens with stunning views of Latchi and the Akamas. Our week’s stay was spent lounging around the spacious pool area and cooling down in the crystal blue water of a very well maintained private pool. There was a very comfortable seating area with fully equipped barbecue outside and the interior furnished to a very high standard. From booking, to arrival and then departure Fanos the owner could not have been more helpful and was a fantastic host. The villa is a few minutes walk to the beach, harbour, tavernas, shops and all amenities. Looking forward to our return visit to this hidden paradise.

Privacy in the heart of Latchi Harbour

The most private villa we have ever visited. Walking distance from the harbour, restaurants and shops. Clean and coasy with a fully equipped kitchen. The most relaxed vacations ever!

A hidden gem! Just perfect

Spot on! A hidden gem in Latchi near the harbour and services. Recently renovated and just listed for rental. Nice swimming pool and spacious outdoor area with two sets of furniture for relaxing time. Also barbeque facilities are available. The kitchen is full of equipment for cooking and dining indoor. The owner Mr. Fanos gave us all the information we needed about services in Latchi. The housekeeper Mrs Tina helped us when we needed assistance with taxi service. Thank you both and see you next year!

Perfect relaxing time!!!

Had a perfect relaxing time! The house has a privileged position over Latchi sea and Akamas mountain, more like an observatory. A bit small but perfect for a family of four or small group of friends. Very nice outdoor sitting area and swimming pool. Had a perfect barbeque dinner our first night!! Beach, restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance. The owner is available to help at all times (needed directions for a restaurant in the area) Must revisit!

Wonderful experience!

The name of the villa is spot on! The view from all angles of the house is wonderful! House was beautiful and very cozy. The pool and exterior sitting area was magical, especially at night with the lights. The location was perfect. Great for privacy, peace and quiet but still 1 minute away from all amenities. Communication with owners was possible at all times and the housekeeper Mrs Tina was very helpful. An amazing and relaxing getaway for families or couples.
