The house we stayed in was clean, well-organized, and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, the property itself was comfortable and well maintained.
The house is conveniently located near both the city centre and the beach. It is big and spacious, with several verandas, and was overall very comfortable for four people.
However, the negative aspect of our stay was our experience with the neighbours or short-term guests staying in House 4. We mistakenly parked in their parking space when the parking lot was completely empty. They responded by parking in front of our car and blocking us in for an entire day. When we later went to move our car, they started shouting and screaming at my aunt, who does not speak English. They were extremely rude and hostile, even though we explained that parking in their space had been an honest mistake.
The following day, we noticed that they had two cars and were using both their own parking space and ours. Their behaviour was very inconsiderate and unpleasant, and it negatively affected our overall stay.
Another point worth mentioning is that the parking spaces were extremely narrow, making it difficult to park and manoeuvre in and out of the parking area.

Comfortable and quiet, a short distance from both Polis and Latchi.
Not much, if I was being picky the tv cable receiver needs updating and it would be nice to be able to park in the underground car park and use the entrance from there.
