The lounge offers breathtaking panoramic views through the French doors and windows, as well as is doing the large dining table, which can comfortably seat 8 to 10 guests. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and fully equipped with all modern facilities. A small corridor leads to the first bedroom which has a double bed with en-suite shower room and large French doors opening out to a patio overlooking the pool area.The Upper Floor A large staircase lands on the upper level with the two further large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a quadruple, with double bed and 2 singles, whilst the other bedroom houses a double bed. On this level is also nicely fitted a spacious family bathroom. Fabulous place within walking distance to downtown Polis. Beautiful home and responsive host. About 45 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 10 minutes to Latchi and Aphrodite's Bath. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this villa -superb value. It's very large and would easily accommodate up to 8 adults. It's very clean and well equipped. Within easy walking distance of the village to a minimarket and restaurant. Would highly recommend hiring a car though to get around. We stayed for 10 days and the cleaners arrived as per the agreed schedule to change towels and bedsheets etc and the pool person turned up every 2 or 3 days to do their stuff so the pool was immaculate.All in all a perfect stay

To me everything offered should work properly such as all the interior, exterior and pool lighting, for which we had to ask to be actioned, also the 2 large water spouts that flow into the main pool do not work. When we asked for them on, the response was, "they just dont work". Well for me, change your advertised images then.
It is the little things sometimes that make a difference, like all the outside lighting having the same type/colour of bulb in them, curtains that close properly and are the right width. The kitchen is tiny with little worktop space and a 2 slice toaster for a villa that caters for 9 peoplel just isn't good enough. This may sound picky but they advertise it as "luxury"...

Perfect villa for our family
If you are expecting something chic and trendy and sparkling new, this perhaps isn't the right villa for you? It is spacious and homely - decor a bit old fashioned, but clean, tidy and really well equipped. The pool area is amazing and gorgeous sea and mountain views. Water a bit chilly as we stayed in April. We didn't use the BBQ area - but looks so impressive with its bar area!! Two families would be very comfortable here - so much space and great garden too. Located near Latchi, Polis and Drouseia it has a great central location - but you do need a car. I would highly recommend- and Singh was a very helpful handyman/host - thank you!!!

Villa is exceptional, the pictures were great but when we got there we instantly knew we got well beyond what we paid for it - the view is expectional from it as well. Staff were great at communcating with us whenever we had a question. Living room slightly smaller than expected - but given the limited time we spent inside, this wasnt a big issue for us.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens with spectacular views- and within 2 minutes drive to Polis. The beds were a little uncomfortable... but other than that all was good. We had a few issues with the wifi - however - the owners quickly dealt with the issue.

Quite Family Holiday
A very nice villa in a quite area. A 10 minute walk to a mini market, an ice cream shop and a nice bakery. On the same street is a couple of restaurants. A car is recommended and the beach is only a five minute drive. The Papantoniou Supermarket is onlyu a 15 minute drive but is expensive and lacked choice. I would recommend the Philippos Supermarket which is a 30 minute drive but is a lot better.
Everyone had a great time and i would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely property but lacking the luxury touches
The property is well laid out with a fantastic pool and near amenities (although we would say a car is required).
It is marketed as a luxury property and this is where we felt it was a little disappointing as there was very little provided.
The kitchen is well stocked in terms of equipment - although the dishwasher on top of the washing machine made it very difficult to use. But we were left two bottles of water and some over-ripe fruit (which had actually gone mouldy by day two). This meant we had to buy everything in order to be able to use the kitchen - from salt to bin bags.
The cleaner visited once during the stay but only mopped one area of the kitchen (the bed was also changed). It was not as described in the information we received ahead of our stay. With such a light clean and no cleaning products provided, it was difficult to clean to our own standards.
Overall the villa is very nice, just a few more touches needed to really earn "luxury" status.

Amazing villa
The villa is as advertised (or better). We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pool area. The main pool has a fence which is great for families with little kids as you do not need to constantly watch out for them . The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and more.
A car is definitely needed in our opinion.

The Villa is like a palace!
The Villa is like a palace! The outdoor space is fantastic and the views are excellent. The weather in Polis wasn't good great mornings, but every day the clouds rolled in at lunchtime and it was overcast and showery all afternoon - it must be due to the surrounding mountains. Polis anfd the locality is a lovely area, nice and quiet, good walks and a great variety of restaurants.

The outdoor space was exceptional, which is the most important factor for a summer holiday, we had everything we needed and it was all laid out in a well thought out manner. The location could not have been better as the right balance of privacy yet close enough to the local town of Polis and Latchi has been achieved. The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived at the villa it was immaculately clean and the "Welcome Pack" was most useful. Throughout our stay the villa, pool and garden were very well maintained and the Caretaker, Mr Dami, was most attentive and helpful. We thought that the villa was attractively and comfortably furnished and very well equipped so that we lacked nothing. We also liked the convenience of its location being near to a very good bakery and the shops and restaurants of Polis of which we most enjoyed Moustakallis.
Overall we were very pleased by Mandola Rosa and hope that it will be available if and when we again plan a holiday in Cyprus.

The Mandola-Rosa is a stuning villa in a beautiful and quiet location. The inside and outside space was immaculate on arrival. The villa is completely unoverlooked. The owner visited us twice which was absolutely fine as we prefer to be left to our own devices and we had contact numbers if there were any problems. We will most definately be booking again for next year.

Overall, we loved it !
The villa was perfect for our needs. We wanted a relaxing place to stay with privacy and space - and there's lots of it! The welcome pack was the best we've ever had and the owners popped round to check we were ok and also brought fresh pomegranates from their garden which were lovely! We would strongly think about coming back with friends and children as the garden area is completely fenced in and the pool safely guarded. The kids pool is perfect so adults can relax knowing the kids are safe. The outdoor facilities including the BBQ. fridge etc couldn't really be better. There are some really excellent restaurants in both Latchi and Polis but both are a short drive rather than a walk-Latchi has a taxi rank if you fancy a few drinkies! Overall, we loved it !
