Located in Ölüdeniz, this charming villa for $272 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Villa Alexander is a beautiful white-washed palazzo style villa that is a little classical, a little contemporary and a little funky! Set in lush gardens, with large sun terraces set around the heated, glittering private turquoise pool. The large pool terrace, dining balcony, funky relaxing outdoor furniture and the beautiful gardens of palm trees, flowers, citrus trees and lush borders really set it out as one of the most beautiful holiday villa's in the area. One of the reasons guests come back year after year and describe it as "stunning". The entrance level is an open planned living area, furnished with comfortable sofa's, a wood burning stove (so all evenings are warm ones all year around) and a sleek fully equipped stylish modern kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven & gas hob. This level opens onto a large balcony overlooking the lower gardens, terraces & pool with a dining table that will sit eight and an outside sofa and chairs ideal for evening or pre-dinner drinks. Downstairs is the bright, spacious & cool pool lounge with a sprawling modular sofa, ping pong table, flat screen smart TV and DVD player. A white washed corner fireplace makes the place glow and gives a fabulous warm treat for those who stay during the early spring and late autumn, winter season. Another special treat on this level is a master bedroom and shower room away from the rest of the bedrooms. Sliding doors open onto the large sun-drenched heated turquoise pools flanked with palm trees, tables and chairs, terraced gardens, some seriously funky pool furniture and plenty of sun beds. Unlike a some of the other villa's we have the space for all guests to spread out around the pool very important if you need to be next to small children in the shallow pools. What more do you want? Whilst some of our neighbour's villa's sleep 12 people we kept to 8 despite our larger pool and garden size so to keep our offering spacious, luxurious and exclusive. Who wants to be packed in around the pool side? Summer at Villa Alexander is about being outside whether in the sun or in the shade, so we have gone the extra to really try to make the gardens, poolside & terraces set us apart from the other villas in the region. Included: The villa is equipped with towels for both use in the bathroom and the beach. Each group of guests will receive a well stocked welcome pack. If you are are staying for two weeks or longer the villa will be cleaned once a week and all the bed linen and towels will be changed. POOL HEATING: We include pool heating in the cost of hire for April & May as well as September & October so there are no extra's to factor in. Our local manager, Marian meets all guests within the first 24 hours and can help with any queries or questions during the stay. Because of it's size the villa is ideal for large family groups, has a cot & highchair facilities, as well as bed guards and an anti-child rail on the stove top making it one of the safest villa's in the area for small children. To maintain our personal commitment to the environment we heat all of the villa's internal water by solar panels where possible. All making Villa Alexander a 5* villa and the first one in the area to qualify for the Premier Partner status. TRANSFERS: Due to the generally late arrival times of flights please discuss prior to booking if you are thinking of using your own means of transfer/arrival at the villa.

Pleased with the layout and position of the villa. It was inspirational watching the early morning sun appear over the top of the Babadags. It was only a short walk into Hisaronu and a short taxi ride into Oludeniz. The pool area was cleaned everyday but unfortunately there were a few issues with the fixtures and fittings. We advised the property manager and invited him to come over and have a look. We did let him know that it did not detract from our holiday but it would benefit future holidaymakers.

Great villa in a great location
A brilliant holiday, the villa is amazing and very spacious.
There has clearly been a winter face lift! lots of new ammenities such as a ping pong table which was perfect to keep the kids entertained! And also a lovely new bbq on the balcony / porch area.
Shout out to Mustafa who was on hand 24/7!
I would recommend this villa to anyone, we hope to come back in the future!

Great villa in a great location

My wife and I took our little children to meet the in laws for a pre Christmas holiday!
The outdoor space was perfect with the bonus of a heated pool. Mustafa was very helpful, answering any questions we had and booked restaurants and taxis for us.
Overal we had a great trip and would come back.

The place was once clearly pretty good, but now a lot of things are very well used or broken. They are still functional mostly, but it leaves an unfortunate aftertaste.
Communication with the manager was a bit of hit and miss:
- some requests (like missing glasses) he addressed quickly and painlessly
- others (like missing duvets) he chose to ignore for days until we gave up
There was nothing deal breaking though, nicely decorated spacious place, 6 minutes by taxi to the beach, a small shop in waking distance, etc - ask in all 4 stars are well earned and with a bit of renovation investment could easily become 5 stars again

Before booking the villa we ensured that we looked at photos, checked amenities, and most importantly checked reviews. The reviews go years back so we were confident booking, but after arriving it was clear that maintenance has not been carried out on the villa over the years. Therefore, we do not feel it is worth the price.
Pros: good location (hill is steep so probably would not recommend for anyone who may struggle with this), garden is fairly intimate, working washing machine, good fridge/freezer and gas hob, good wifi, good A/C.
Cons: when we arrived there were dirty towels left in the washing machine, and all the ‘clean’ towels on the beds smelled like damp/sweat, so we had to wash all of the towels when we first arrived. The bathroom was also filthy, showers were disgusting and full of black and yellow stuff, maybe mold? Floors were filthy also and turned your fleet black, they had clearly not been cleaned. Everything in the kitchen was also pretty filthy, pots and pans with old food on them, the kettle full of limescale and unusable- had to boil a pot for hot drinks (this was all very disappointing considering cleaning fees). We sent pictures to property management and their response was ‘try to chill and enjoy your holiday’ - not the response we wanted, we felt our concerns were not being taken seriously. They sent back two cleaners who had two bottles of bleach and some rags, they did a shoddy job of bleaching the showers then left. No other cleaning was done, again disappointing considering cleaning fees. The dishwasher is on its last legs, door is broken, nothing comes out clean. Most disappointing for us is probably the misleading ad, stating a ‘whirl pool’, there is no such thing in the villa, just a regular pool with two small sections each side and regular jets like any other pool would have. There were other missing amenities too- ad stated there was a grill on the balcony and there wasn’t.
This villa is more expensive than others in the area, we were happy to pay this as when comparing the ads it seems this villa had much better amenities (and we assumed they would be in good condition). It was therefore disappointing to find that there were missing/unusable amenities. The ad (in our opinion) is very misleading, beware of the wide lense camera because it makes everything look bigger than it is, especially the garden. Overall we would not stay in the villa again.

Jay & Mustafa we’re very informative and helped with everything from transfers to taxis to booking dinner reservations. Just returned from a covid delayed holiday to this villa with family and friends. The villa is situated out of town so you get a peaceful stay in a fantastic villa. There is a shop in short walking distance with Olu Deniz a short 5 minute taxi journey away. Taxis are in abundance so car hire is not really required. Mustaffa is only a text away and a very helpful chap who set up our boat trip which was great , the captain and crew a nice family laid on a great trip with a lovely meal. Would reccomend if you want a big villa away from it all.

Peace and Sun
Just returned from a covid delayed holiday to this villa with family and friends. The villa is situated out of town so you get a peaceful stay in a fantastic villa. There is a shop in short walking distance with Olu Deniz a short 5 minute taxi journey away. Taxis are in abundance so car hire is not really required. Mustaffa is only a text away and a very helpful chap who set up our boat trip which was great , the captain and crew a nice family laid on a great trip with a lovely meal. Would reccomend if you want a big villa away from it all.

Unbelievable stay
We went on a family holiday to celebrate family birthdays and had a fantastic time. The house was much better than expected and had lots of space for relaxing and entertaining.
The pool is heated and the outdoor area is beautifully looked after. All bedrooms are good sizes, with the top floor rooms having beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding areas.
The house is 5/10 mins from lots of easy restaurants however the nicer dining is about 15/20 min taxi away. Mustafa makes the whole trip the easiest experience. You never have to think about anything as he is always there to recommend, book restaurants and organise travel l.
He organised a beautiful private boat trip for us which was unbelievable value for money. Jay was constantly checking in also to see if we needed anything. You have the privacy of the villa but the benefit of local experts making sure you have the best trip.

Lucky
We had a fabulous stay at this villa. We were so lucky just to get away in these difficult times and felt the privacy in the villa reassuring as the gardens are established and the villa is not overlooked by anyone. There is a taxi button down the hill a bit from the villa so useful for shopping or going to the beach. The villa is fully equipped and the enclosed balcony was well used for eating and havi g a couple of drinks in the evening.

A relaxing week in a modern and spacious villa.
The Villa exceeded our expectations, everything about the villa was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, clean and private which was exactly what I was looking for. My children and I loved spending hours by the pool which was cleaned regularly by the maintenance team. The communication with Marc the owner of the property was excellent and made it easier to book with confidence I will be hopibg to return to villa Alexender as the week stay wasn't enough. Some of our favourite features of the villa were :-
1) location to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and night life.
2) spacious and modern with some fantastic views of the mountains
3) The pool and privacy of the pool was perfect for someone looking for some peace and quiet.
4) secure and safe villa with a friendly management and maintenance team.
Overall we all had a great time at the Villa and we would highly recommend. :)

This is a clean and spacious villa with a great working kitchen. Ample beds, good air con systems and I like the lighting. The pool is cool for the hot days which worked for us. Plenty of space poolside. The TV downstairs is good for listening to music when at the pool. The showers are in good working order. Towels are a really welcome offer.
As was the welcome back with several cold beers and a bread stick etc. Thanks for that ! The views from our upstairs bedroom was great.
Only a 10 minute walk into main shops. Easy enough. On a hill but not massive. You might struggle if unfit or have walking difficulties but this will go for most ovacik villas.
Main issues for us was the Internet not working with a 4 and 5 year old boys. Had to use 4g at £110 over the course of the week. Did ask (Mustafa) for support with this but not much happened. To his credit, he did come out at 9pm and have a go.
The property could do with an alarm system imo and more secure rear door.

Great family holiday villa
Kids really loved it, pool and surrounds lovely and clean. Not over looked and a great place to make a base for exploring and sampling the Ölüdeniz area of Turkey. Marc was a pleasure to deal with and communication was excellent. As was Mustapha who was a superstar in helping with local information and sorting out small niggles.

Very spacious villa in quiet but convenient location
One of the largest villas we’ve seen in Turkey with a large balcony leading out from the kitchen. Garden is private and pool a good size. Location is good particularly if you want to head to Olu Deniz beach. Good communications from Marc and we’ll definitely look to stay again when we’re next in Turkey. Thanks Marc.

From booking Marc the property owner was happy to answer any enquiries timeously, made whole booking process seamless and so reassuring that everything taken care of. Upon arrival gorgeous villa was spotless, with nice welcome pack in fridge. Teeny bit disappointed on arrival that the poolside dining set was off being replaced, but regardless was still fab
Mustafa, tpeace of mind contact) gave us number for contact 24/7 . We had no issues with villa at all, other than we requested heating turned up as we are wooses😂�😂� the next day the pool heating was sublime!! The villa is set around 20 mins slow bimble to town centre ( culture shock from peacefulness of villa!!🙉�🙈�) But dont be put off by neon chaos- some amazing restaurants around, with a taxi home only 17 lira which in all of our opinions was perfect! Can't wait to come back ! Thank you marc!

Beautiful villa
The property is beautiful and in a good location for local amentities. We stayed for 2 weeks. Marc is very good and the booking and communication was great. We had a few issues with the villa but we didnt let it spoil our holiday.

We stayed for 12 nights. Fantastic villa! The villa has everything you need, excellent welcome package. Brilliant transfer. Nothing too much trouble. Marc has been very good at communication all the way through out.
Mustafa who manages the villa is very friendly and helpful!! Pool and gardens taken care of every day, very well.
Mustafa bought round a fire stick so we could connect to you tube, was brilliant for our 2 year old, as he could watch cartoons.
Good location and beautiful area with plenty of choice of things to do.

Exceeded our expectations
Just come home from a superb holiday at this villa. From the time of booking, Marc was exceptionally attentive at all stages, answering any questions we had very quickly. The villa is outstanding and if I could award 6 stars I would have. If you are considering booking this villa, take my word, look no further. This villa had everything you need for a luxurious stay. The villa is a 15 minute leisurely stroll from the centre of hisaronu or 20 yards from a taxi call point which costs about 17 lira/£2.20.
I enjoyed a perfect 40th birthday at this villa and will definitely be booking again. We did have an issue with one of the toilet flushes during our stay and reported this to the management company, within 10 minutes the plumber attended and immediately fixed it. Nothing is too much bother for anyone linked with the booking.

Beautiful Private Villa
Stayed here at the beginning of May as part of a driving holiday around the Turquoise coast. It looks exactly as it does in the photo's, none of those clever angles or tricks to misrepresent. What as great was that weather was warm by the day but cool enough in the evenings for a fire. We even swam in the pool. Real gem.
