Situated in Ölüdeniz, this charming villa for $217 per night is a great option for your next break. - Peaceful, 300 Metres To Restaurants, 900 Metres To Olu Deniz Beach. 6 Bedrooms The villa has a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with inset palm trees. Inside are 4 double rooms, & 1 en - suite, 1 with balcony. All bedrooms have Air Con, & there are sofa beds in the sitting room. The fully equipped kitchen was newly fitted in 2014, is free-standing and open-plan with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. The villa has been newly decorated in 2014. This villa is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sight of big mountains with only 900 meters to one of Turkey's finest beach Olu Deniz. In 2016 we made available bedroom number 6 with 2 beds inside.

We were a group of nine aged between 21-58. The villa was perfect for our needs and everyone enjoyed it. Not suitable for children or anyone who struggles with stairs. Great location. Manager lived next door and was really helpful. September weather in Turkey is wonderful. Description and photos accurate.

We stayed here for a week in August 2022 and had a fantastic time. Villa is in an excellent location, 2 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 min walk to the start of the “strip” at Hisonaru and where all the taxis and buses are - 5 mins in a bus down to Olu Deniz and 15 mins to Fetiyhe. Pool was an absolutely godsend in that heat and all bedrooms had aircon apart from the single bedroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 in the basement (much cooler down there). Mehmet next door was amazing, any help with anything and he was on hand - cleaned the pool every morning. Overall excellent Villa and would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The proprty is very nice, we've stayed in this part of turkey many times. the property is in a very good location, easy access of both towns and low cost taxi access to everywhere. facilaties at the villa are good. Communication works well, as the villa owner has a contact next door who helps with any issues and advice etc. Nice people to deal with. Will look to use the villa again if its avaialbe for our next trip to Turkey. Thanks Jon for your villa.

This villa was perfect for our large party of 12. From the start communication excellent. Mehemet very kindly arranged airport transfers and was at hand when we needed him. The villa was very clean and had everything we required. We did have a problem as the patio doors wouldn't open we reported it but it didn't get fixed until the last couple of days, but this Did not cause a problem or spoil the stay. A problem with the shower was fixed immediately. The pool was great and cleaned daily also the surrounding grounds. The location was fantastic however the taxi drivers were unsure of the location ( just say Ali baba jeep). Taxi button right by the villa. Short stroll to Hisarounu. If we are ever considering a group holiday again would definitely be contacting Jon. Thank you so much for accepting our booking.

Villa was lovely in a great position... my only issue was no wardrobe in 1 room but that was more than compensated for with the pool / views / sunbeds etc which were amazing... the owner was very helpful, gave me his taxi drivers details for airport transfers & they were brilliant - even stopping at a supermarket to allow us to get some basic shopping on the way to the villa & the guy next door was there for any issues - I lost a key to the padlock on my case & he managed to remove it for me... I would definitely recommend... the villa is quite close to restaurants & we had some really good meals - we particularly liked Almond - a bit pricier than the others but the food was lovely... for genuine Turkish fare Pasa Sofrasi was really good too... there are a number of good restaurants in Olu Deniz which is a dolmus ride away - my favourite being Oyster - that was our last night special meal.. oh & we also went on a boat trip - Volkan 6 - a smaller boat that we hired just for our party of 9 - well worth the money - great captain who worked really hard to give us a brilliant day - the food was outstanding... will hopefully be returning soon..

I spent two amazing weeks in this large house last summer. This summer I will repeat the success so the house and plane tickets are already booked, and I'm ready to go:) The villa has a very good location not far from the beach and the village Öludeniz. My extended family and I stayed here end of June/beginning of July, which was just perfect. The weather is not too hot in this periode. We had delicious breakfasts on the balcony and marvellous barbeques in the wonderful pool area. Everything was very clean and in order, and even though there were 11 of us we still had plenty of space. If you are feeling a bit adventureous I strongly recommend trying paragliding, trips are sold at the beach. You can see the paragliders from the villa when you look up at the beautyful mountains behind. You should also try the restaurant Lemon Tree in Öludeniz! Bring your family and/or friends to this wonderful place, you will not regret it!

This is an amazing villa including everything you need for a perfect stay. I had a great time staying here this summer! The villa is nice and clean. The standard is top quality and the location could not have been better. The villa is located in a nice and quiet area. The beach (Ölüdeniz) is only a 5-minutes taxi- or busdrive away and you only need to walk a couple of minutes to centrum (Hisaranou) and the nearest supermarkeds. I would recommend this villa to anyone!

This villa really has everything you need on your vacation. With two floors and a cool basement there is plenty of room for bigger traveling parties and the private pool area supports just as many. If you're like me and isn't used to the Turkish heat, then you will be happy to know that there are 2 AC units located on the 2nd floor as well as in the basement. Everything is clean and modern, and if you want to cook your own dinners, the house is equipped with a nice kitchen and an outside grill. The villa is located only a 5 min walk from downtown Ölüdeniz with many nice restaurants and bars. If you would like to change out the chlorine with salt water then the beach is less than 5 min away with a car or buss. I had a great time during my 1 week stay.

I had a great time staying at this villa. The house is clean and modern, with all the facilities of a normal house. The villa has a big and beautiful outdoor area with a nice pool. The beach is just a a couple of minutes away with bus (goes every 5 minutes).This is a beautiful beach with a lot of activities options. The town Ölüdeniz is a 5 minute walk from the villa. I will definitely return to this place!

This is an perfect villa, with everything we needed, and the house was very clean and shiny. Perfect location to the town Oludenize, 4-5 minute of walk, and 3 minute with the bus down to the beach, can't be more easy :) In the town there was manny great restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. Big private space in front of the house with sun-beds and an swimming pool to cool down in the perfect weather. The vila is placed in an quiet and calm street, with kind neighbors, which is very positive and relaxing. Over all an fantastic holiday and would recommend this villa to everyone. We will come back for sure! I give my overall stay there a10++ rating.
