Тихий и уютный небольшой отель . Приятные зоны релакса у бассейнов. Спокойная и умиротворяющая атмосфера. Современные номера и большая кровать с хорошим матрасом. Хорошее обслуживание в ресторане, шустрые официанты очень стараются. Общее впечатление - настолько уютно, что хочется вернуться.
Два дня стояла грязная посуда , выставленная соседями из номера в коридор. Никто не убирал ее. Неприятно было наблюдать такое. Расположен немного далековато от пляжа. Идти примерно 1 км.

Comfortable location, brekfast was good
Room was not clean after few conversation with receiption nothing changed.
Towels were smelling tobacco, when we came to the room upon arrival tea mugs were dirty.
During our absence (when went to the beach) from room some small amount of money disappeared, we always keep our cash costs under control this why I am sure that we did not spent this money somewhere else, it's just disappeared!
When we coming for vacation we want feel ourselfs safe and not thinking that somebody can take something.
Unfortunately after one more conversation with receiption nothing happened again.

The hotel is very beautiful & well laid out & maintained. The staff is very nice & helpful. A special mention of Gamze & Islam from reception & Jacob along with all other restaurant staff.
Our room bed was decorated!!
We got the room that we had booked. The distance is about 1 km walking from the beach and it's a pleasursome walk. The good thing is....it is at a slight elevation which gives an overall partial view of the sea from the property & common areas.
Also it is a little away from the madding crowd & shops.
There are 2 swimming pools.
Iron is available on request.
Taxi stand & a small super market is at a distance of 500 mtrs
Breakfast is quite ok, with choice of cereals, eggs made to order, variety of salads, fruits, dry fruits & pancakes.
Overall a very pleasant experience.
Very imp thing to note is... almost entire Oludeniz ( hotels & shops) shuts down by end of October ... So plan your trip accordingly.

The dumpster outside the hotel property on the road... although the owner claimed it would be cleared by the next season. It is not so bad really.
Water was given only on the first day.
One 1 ltr bottle everyday would be appreciated.
There could be a comforter/ duvet on the bed as most of us are used to it

Excellent Overall Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location with Oludeniz Beach just a 7-minute walk away, Blue Lagoon Beach reachable in a 15-minute stroll, and the Babadağ Teleferik cable car a mere 5-minute bus ride away. The convenience extends to the proximity of the bus stop, a brief 5-minute walk, making it easy to access Fethiye, only 30 minutes away by bus, and even Dalaman Airport, which is just a 1.5-hour taxi ride.
The hotel is situated in a serene area, ensuring peaceful evenings without the disturbance of music or excessive noise.
Nice breakfast choices: Guests can savor a delightful breakfast experience, highlighted by freshly made omelets, fresh fruits, and an array of vegetables. The hotel's restaurant also offers a diverse and appetizing selection of dishes for dinner.
The hotel's grounds are adorned with a beautiful garden, creating a tranquil and picturesque environment for guests to enjoy.
The initial room we were assigned was dimly lit and rather somber, equipped with three separate beds despite our request for just two. However, after expressing our concerns, the staff kindly relocated us to a more suitable room.
The overall appearance of the room furnishings and decor left much to be desired. They appeared dated, inexpensive, and well-worn, with noticeable stains on the walls, furniture, and even the towels. The bedside table drawers required a significant effort to open, and we spotted some moldy areas in the bathroom. Surprisingly, there were no fans in the bathroom, which felt far from a "DELUXE" experience. Moreover, the rooms lacked adequate lighting, making tasks like makeup application quite challenging. The rooms didn't quite match the expectations set by the photos.
As for the service, it's worth noting that complimentary water was provided only once. If you needed additional toiletries for the shower, you had to request them as there was no automatic restocking.
During breakfast, there was a recurring issue with coffee cups and small spoons frequently running out. This required guests to request replacements and wait for the dishwasher(?) to finish its cycle, which could be inconvenient. It would be beneficial to offer more coffee cups and utensils to streamline this process. There were also instances when knives and forks were not readily available on the table, necessitating a search for a waiter to request them. A more seamless approach to breakfast service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful location. The pools were amazing, the layout of the whole venue was absolutely stunning. The food was IMMACULATE. So good that we ended up eating there breakfast lunch and dinner throughout the duration of our whole stay. The service, especially from Cem and Islam was so warm, so welcoming. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well looked after. They greet you, ask you how you are going and even make the effort to remember names.
We wish we were able to stay longer. This hotel and their service definitely set the standards for the rest of our trip so high that it is hard to beat. Highly recommend families and couples to stay here. Location is convenient, facilities are great. Food is amazing.

We had an amazing stay here. All staff go above and beyond to help you . Facilities are really lovely and so clean. We had breakfasts and the odd lunch and all meals were great . Breakfasts great choice and food cooked fresh for you. Great location . Ten min walk to the restaurants and beach . Rooms were clean - could maybe use a little updating but tbh didn’t effect our stay at all . Loved every minute . We will be back

A bit of old rooms, there was no phone in our room so we had to walk to the reception every time if we wanted to ask something.

Food was nice too - good dinner menu - although very similar to most restaurants in town.
Room wasn't overly clean on arrival - floor was a bit sticky and the toilet roll holder was broken. The toilet brush also didn't fit in the toilet properly so we were unable to clean up after ourselves adequately.
We requested to borrow an iron but our request was ignored until we went back and asked a second time and had to push them to let us use it in the time frame in which we wanted it.

The breakfast was truly amazing, and the service team at breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. Only good thing at this hotel.
The room is too old, there's moldy/rusty places on the tub, sink, and all around the bathroom.
The telephone is not working in the room to call the reception, we had to call from our mobile phone to regular number to reach the hotel.
Cleaning team didn't put any extra toilet paper, there was no tissue in the room at all.
Bed and pillows are very stiff and uncomfortable.
On our last day electricity went off across the hotel, which also affected the water pumps! We couldn't use bathroom, shower, toilet, nothing! With such bad service and old premise, it is way overpriced. We asked for last day to be discounted, and they only offered to take us else place to take a shower, which is ridiculous...
When we asked for a receipt, they said systems are not working cuz theres no electricity l, so we couldn't even get any documents against our payment. Was promised an email, still haven't received.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Room 104 Entrance to room very difficult - up a steep grassy bank and step to balcony was 19 inches for a couple in their 70s this proved difficult and dangerous. Did report to reception and no response . Balcony too small and chairs unsuitable for balcony size . My husband did sprain ankle climbing down from balcony . Gardener did cut back bush to reveal another step

The hotel room was nothing like the website, I think they show the newer rooms which are all suites. While the room you actually book looks about 50 years old with amenities that need updating, and cleanliness that is not up to standard.

The hotel and location are absolutely stunning. The staff are absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. Absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is excellent with lots of options and our room was lovely. We had a very, very early/late check-in at around 3am Turkish time and the staff member could not do enough for us. Brilliant.
When I arrived (at 3am) the hot water didn't seem to be on, but I assumed it's because it was so early!

Our room was upgraded to the most beautiful suite, the bed was comfortable and the pool looks lovely, although we didn’t try it as the weather wasn’t hot. Breakfast was also great with nice varied options.
It was a short walk from the main bars, but not far at all. The water wasn’t very hot for a few days, but it was early in the season and they fixed it.

Property was amazing, at the first we thought that we checked in in the wrong hotel because was looking nicer than the pictures but then we figured out that it was under construction,there are 2 pools, but only one with access until the end of may they said. amazing pool, amazing staff, rooms are very clean and with really nice view.
We booked half board, breakfast is buffet but dinner is on the mediu, a lot of food.
the guys at the restaurant are very nice and friendly.

when we booked our stay we also booked shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel, they told us will be 50€ paid in cash at the reception, but when we booked the shuttle again to go back to the airport they said that the price increased and will be 60€.
