The room was spacious, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent, easily one of the best in the area, with everything within walking distance.
The checkout experience was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Another guest appears to have charged food or drinks to our room, and instead of properly verifying the charges, the hotel insisted they were ours. Even after pointing out that the signature on the receipt was not mine, they still wanted us to pay.
We were delayed so long that we were at risk of missing our bus. Because we had no time left to keep arguing, we felt forced into paying charges that were not ours just to leave.
I left the property feeling completely scammed, this completely ruined what had otherwise been a good stay.

The reception staff were lovely. The distance to the beach was perfect. The breakfast was not exciting but acceptable.
The waiters at breakfast looked mostly like they didn't want to be there; one young lad even falling asleep on the work surface. The continuos chain smoking environment. Every staff member smoked, excluding those in reception. We also saw staff throwing their cigarettes on the ground and walking off. The room was supposed to accommodate 2 children and 2 adults. The double bed was ok, but the two single sofa beds were awful. In fact so uncomfortable that my son had to sleep lying on the bottom of my bed. The shower head hadn't been maintained, and so rather than the water falling from the small holes (which were blocked with limescale), it gushed out of one side. This wasn't addressed by staff when we informed them. The door to the room could have easily been broken into and needed fixing after two days there.
