Close to the beach, really good terrace view (overlooking the beach and the paragliders), nice breakfast spread.
Some staff don’t understand English so its quite difficult to communicate and some are very unfriendly and rude (at the restaurant). Some spots in the room have deadspots (no network). Rooms are smaller in person.

The hotel has an absolutely stunning view over Ölüdeniz, especially at sunset when the scenery becomes truly breathtaking.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to enjoy the beauty of the area. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. The dinner included in our package was also a very good open buffet with plenty of delicious choices.
But honestly, the location and the view are the highlights. Waking up to this scenery and enjoying it in the evening was an unforgettable experience.

Because of the amount of stairs involved to get to the Bungalow with patio jacuzzi and our mobility issues, we reluctantly accepted to take a stone house lower bedroom, a family room the closest to the pool, reception and kitchen, instead of the room we had booked. So easier access but balcony on the outside of the room not as practical and little litter of kittens wanted to settle in our bedroom on our arrival. Great air-conditioning and mini-fridge in the room. Walking convenient distance from the OLUNEDIZ front beach strip. Fantastic views from the outdoor restaurant.
Lots of noise from the on-site music during the day and at night too, so not a calm relaxing location, pool quite small for the whole resort, non-stop beeping every 15 minutes from 6.30am from reversing vehicles.
More concerning was the musty smell in the stone room and signs of rising damp in the bathroom ceiling and peeling walls in the bedroom. Had a nasty cough upon waking-up most likely due to the mould, because that cough didn't continue in two other resorts afterwards.
Finally one has to be very mobile to stay in this hotel as also restaurant upstairs from the kitchen and the pool level.
