clean, friendly, facilities always available, free indoor pool and jacuzzi, snack bar, drinks always available, food was great, wifi excellent, recommend esim 4s paid £3 for 10gb used 3gb and wifi. staff amazing, Hisaronu market shops and restaurants 10 mins away was great. Tamer the holiday rep was great and he helped me with a refund on quadbike we didnt get although my son is 5ft 9inches !!
10 mins tax drive to beach, each way £5 so £10 return, hotel shuttle bus to beach is once a day at 10.30am and returns 4pm, should have a late one when you have kids its impossible to get them ready and have breakfast too. dont use ATM for cash as you get charged £10, better to take sterling or go to change office in Hisaronu. I would avoid quadbike trip outside hisaronu, one big guy with tatoos was very rude and sprayed water with a hosepipe all over us, sprinkle is fine but you cant mix water and mud on clothes. Speedboat was brilliant

Всегда свободные лежаки у бассейна.
Традиционные мини-диско, детский клуб и минимальнвя ненавязчивая анимация для взрослых.
По сравнению с другими вариантами рядом это очень выгодный по цене вариант.
Отель подойдет для не слишком притязательных туристов. В целом мы довольны отдыхом.
Чистота не идеальная во всех пространствах, в том числе в ресторане.
В номере убрали всего 1 раз за неделю. Несколько раз горничная как специально подгадывала, когда мы возвращались в номер (всегда в разное время), и отказывалась подождать 10 минут, чтобы мы собрались и освободили номер.
В один из дней сломался лифт до нашего этажа и не работал несколько суток, позже мы уехали.
Трансфер от отеля привозит на весьма сомнительный пляж. Но всегда доступны рядом другие очень красивые пляжи, есть бесплатные и патные варианты.

We come to turkey every summer for an all inclusive holiday and the staff here were by far the friendliest from all the places we have stayed. Great customer service.
They claim to be ultra all inclusive but compared to other resorts it’s barely all inclusive. Ice creams are only available two hours a day, if you don’t eat at the main buffet restaurant there’s nothing else available in between breakfast lunch and dinner. We arrived late after dinner and no food available. Other resorts we stayed at were constantly making things like pizza, waffles, byrek etc during the day to have as pool side snacks which was great with 3 kids that are constantly hungry. We stayed 7 days and didn’t have byrek or baklava once which shocked me, not even on Turkish night?! Very small buffet too, limited options which isn’t great with fussy kids.
