Everything was perfect!! Really pleased

The friendly staff & cleanliness was impressive for all inclusive so so clean

Small rooms and not very good views from our balcony which was also too small

The staff especially Indonesia staff, very helpful and always smiling. The theatre entertainment was also great. Lunch and dinner was great, varity was good meat was amazing.

Too many stairs, lift broken down too many times, not much activity to do in hotel and breakfast could be better.

The staff were great, always helpful and smiling. Perfect for small kids and families. The setting among the hills was very picturesque

Not sure where to start as I always try to be balanced with my reviews but I’m struggling this time. Definitely not 5 star. Maybe that’s self-rated🤔 Food was of a variable quality - breakfast was good but dinner very hit and miss. There was no outdoor no-smoking areas so basically if you wanted to eat smoke free you needed to eat inside. The smoke haze around dinner was very evident - and not at all pleasant. The music was loud and the entertainment team constantly trying to get people to participate. Very persistent. I’m pleased we had a room in the front block, unlike our extended family who had to carry 2 push-chairs up a lot of steps to get to their room as the escalator broke down 4 times in 10 days. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on :(
