We normally stay in the other Liberty Hotel but decided to try this one.
Lovely hotel, little bit outdated but that’s nothing to do with the comfort. Beds were very comfortable.
We opted for all inclusive and we had our minibar replenished almost daily.
Surroundings were very nice, a lot of flowers and trees. Amazing view, right under the mountain.
Great water pressure and temperature, lovely food, clean towels, beach towels, very kind cleaning and restaurant staff.
All restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Apologies as I am not good with names 🙂
Kids enjoyed the cats 🐈 in the lobby 😊
Reception staff and Guest relations were a bit strange. Never smile at you, talk to you in a very demanding tone.
We spent 3 days without anyone coming to throw our bins or at least bring us new bin bags so we can do it ourselves. Plus bins outside were too small to be able to fit the rubbish bags. 🙁 Our rooms were not cleaned for 3 days, when I asked at Reception where to throw my rubbish, they sent the cleaner to clean. We reused and air dried our towels which wasn’t a problem but the hand towel and the feet towel needed replacing.
Buffet menu was lacking sea food, there was a fish but nothing else.
Entertainment wasn’t great.
The other Liberty Hotel had better entertainment.

Room was clean and spacious. The vegetarian choices were amazing staff were polite and helpful.
Loved everything! There was a slight confusion over my room on arrival- I had booked 2 separate beds and we were given a double…. But it was all resolved.

Facilities were great & all inclusive food had a fantastic choice
Staff were very unhelpful, unfortunately the cleaner through out my teeth retainers on 1st day of the holiday (clearly an accident, but a very expensive one) that I then had to spend a day getting replacements. The staff didn’t even apologise, implied I was lying whilst continually telling me they were great a customer service. I think great customer service is demonstrated in challenging circumstances, they were beyond disappointing & didn’t offer to support any cost, even a taxi to the dentist or an apology at the very least!!!
