The location was amazing, the lagoon surrounded by mountains! Far enough away from the town to be peaceful in the evenings, while still being lively in the daytime. The bungalow was gorgeous, aircon worked really well and the shower was great. Loved being only a 30 second walk to the beach. Some of the staff we met were really friendly and pleasant. The hotel guests have their own sunbeds in a private area of the beach, which was brilliant as it was usually quiet in this part. The hotel provided a lot of little extras such as vanity sets, tooth brush sets, exfoliating pads, dressing gown, slippers etc, very nice touch.
I felt the cleaning definitely wasn’t up to standard. I understand the property is on the beach so it’s bound to be sandy/dusty, but there was parts of the room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It can be off putting when you first check in. The bed sheets and towels were always fresh and clean though. There was also some small maintenance that could be done to improve the experience, such as loose plugs and flickering bulbs. The breakfast service wasn’t a highlight, at times it felt a bit abrupt, and as there is no menu, the breakfast can become a bit monotonous after a few days. First time I’ve ever been served sausages and chips for breakfast!

Stunning location, room design, and top-tier cleanliness.
Unprofessional attitude from specific staff (Sezen at the desk and Yasin the waiter). The beach club setup places water sports gear in front of the hotel area, blocking the view. Drink prices are also a rip-off.
