The location, our room and the staff were great. Lovely breakfast each morning was included.

When we arrived there was a maintabance going because some accident of the roof. We were the only guests. The room were not ready, and they booked us one night in the neighbour hotel- which did not bothered us at all. The rest of the nights we were in the hotel and the first day there were issues which they fixed immidiately. Thanks to Gulnara(if i am not mistaken her name), professional waiter who did the food service for us, the cleaning ladies and Mehmet bey. They were outstanding. Oh try the small kebab-like shop which is part of the hotel and it is just outside of the hotel. Absolutely amazing chicken dishes there and the service - amaizibg as everwere in Turkiye.
-noisy, but all the hotels there are noisy till midnaght - didnt boghered us but might bother other ppl.

Good effort for customer service.
AC did not work, TV did not work, sink broken tap. Misleading advertising of rooms with hot tub and actual look of hotel.
