The staff were super nice and helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us book the activities. The environment is spectacular and we were impressed by the hotel breakfast. Don't forget to check out their Kassandra Restaurant for dinner! Food was great, and it was so vibey that we went for 2-night straight. Overall 10/10, and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay for a fun 2-3 day travel in the future.

A very good location next to the strip and beach and lots of shop and restaurant’s around. Made the stay save a lot money on taxi as you can walk to local places. Receptionist acknowledge your stay and are very helpful. They heated our food up during night if you ask. They also were sweet to our children . Welcoming was smooth .
No lift . Was on fourth floor had two baby’s . Going up and down wasn’t the easiest. It was rainy season lots of floods and slippery floor. The swimming pool bar wasn’t open for the six days I stayed here was hoping it to be as I was looking forward to having a drink and swim. For the pool bar not to be open was upsetting as this is was sold me to book my stay.
First day entering room there was Ants around the fruit bowl and lots of Ants around the bed as my kids left some crumps of there crisp Ants were in groups coming in. Felt itchy sleeping . Juccazi would been perfect to use more if the hot water was hot not warm.
