Location, room size, pool area, amazing air con and overall vibe.
Nothing really, some may find it a little basic but we had a lovely stay.

Location , staff, breakfast.
There should be an area where guests can seat and enjoy at the garden other then seating at restaurant.

The pool area was nice and comfortable chairs in the outdoor part of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially A Samet who was always on hand and went above and beyond to make sure all guests were happy
The beds were very uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on cement. The hotel do not provide bed linen either, just a thin, stiff towel which adds to the discomfort. This was surprising as I had booked a newly renovated room, and bedding and a comfortable bed should be a basic requirement.
