I won’t prepfer this hotel any more
Rooms was clean and was big enough. Thats all
Aqua park and hotel are in different locations. From the pictures we thought we will stay just next to Aqua park. But not. Even the reception+food area is in different locatin. You must use a shuttle to go to eat or for aqua park

Passable
family environment. The staff was very good. Food and cleanliness were good.
You have to go a long way to eat from Annex. Everything in the water park is paid. even if everything is included.

It would help if the reception staff could talk the same language as the majority of the guests
The staff tried their best despite the lack of a common language
Better training for the staff as the service was fundamental and they have little understanding of English, surprising as the majority of the guests were from England. My biggest complaint is I left a removable laptop hard drive in the room on my departure, I tried to contact reception, but the phone was left unanswered, On my return to England I engaged a Turkish-speaking member of staff to contact the hotel and request the return of the missing item, We were eventually contacted by a member of the reception team, Erdan Mercan claiming the missing equipment had been found and was in reception he requires £70.00 to post the item back to England, We asked for photo evidence and we would transfer the funds. No pictures were fourth coming and the Gentleman in question has blocked all incoming calls, I personally Contacted Booking.com regarding this matter again no help, and was told this was between me and the Hotel. Still no hard drive and no follow-up from the Booking.com call center. Not impressed by the response from either Booking.com management or the Hotel staff reception

Value for money but no longer a good hotel to stay in.
Value for money. Comfortable beds. Rooms cleaned daily.
I have stayed at the Orka many times before, pre AI days and it used to be an excellent hotel in a good location but it no longer is. All the restaurants that were previously on the hotel’s doorstep have gone, presumably because it is now AI and people don’t tend to leave the hotel to eat and drink. They have been replaced with estate agents so the location is no longer good. The staff speak very little English so it is difficult to communicate. We had no key for our safe and despite asking, they could not find one to fit it. We were a group of friends and one of us was put in the annex which is a fair walk away but despite asking daily they would not move him, even though the hotel wasn’t full. My biggest gripe was the kids club which started at 9pm, was very loud and annoying. Surely this should start at 7 and the kids in bed by 9, leaving the evening free for the adults? it was because of this we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. The food is OK, with a good choice. All in all it is a good value hotel but not like it was by any means. I would hesitate to stay again
