Fraser Suites Sydney

Reception staff were excellent, the location is great and the room was well equipped, spacious and quiet with good views.

The furniture and kitchen utensils/cutlery were a bit tired. The bed was quite firm(obviously personal preference).

Great location. Very clean and spacious the one bedroom apartment

We booked an extra night last minute on a Saturday night. Disappointed as initial room had faulty shower. Moved us to another room and bed was a bit unstable.

the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

No blocked out curtain and shower cap.

The location is good, close to metro and shopping malls.

They gave me wrong room for first night with no city view at all. The windows face another property walls and dark. I immediately went to the front desk and told them that it is not the room I reserved which shows whole city view. Instead of accepting and changing the room, the manager started arguing and told me that at least today you need to stay in this room. Next day they gave me a higher floor room with better view but it was a big hassle to move my stuff as I was on business trip and on tight schedule. I recommend that confirm the floor number before accepting room key. Their floor numbers are deceptive. Floor 14 means 4th floor as the next floor after ground is 11th. I have attached the pictures of the windows in my room, whereas on their site and on hotels site, they only post pictures of higher floors.
