Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to use. The facilities were generally good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Although I initially had an issue with the room I was assigned, the staff were understanding and resolved it promptly without any resistance, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was positive, although nothing particularly exceptional compared to other five-star hotels I have stayed at
I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I’ve stayed at similar five-star hotels in Melbourne for almost half the price. The initial room was disappointingly small, especially for our anniversary, although the staff changed it promptly. The view was nothing special, and the breakfast had very limited options, particularly for international guests. I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast again.

Room was advertised as city outlook. Disappointed room Looked out onto a lane way, wall and balcony of adjoining building. Was not expecting harbour views but had to keep blind down during whole of stay meaning no natural light.
Was advised we had been upgraded.
