Breakfast Included and the bed layout & the tv guide could not be displayed

That a cot was set up that we didn't need/ask for & the shower was not very powerful

Great location, close to Darling Harbour and Town Hall. Very comfortable bed and firm pillows to me liking.

Stayed on the club level with access to the club lounge. Very good service, nice breakfast and canapes in the evening served in the club lounge.

Location was right across the road from Darling Harbour. The suite we had was a good size, the bathroom had plenty of space and a nice corner bath.

The team at checkin were all business no personal attention to their customers, the concierge that took us up to the lounge area was silent the whole time, opened the door to the lounge area and just left. The club lounge area was nice but no service at nights and no sprits or cocktails. Customers were taking their glasses up to the team member to get refilled as they were to worried how everything looked and not how the customers were having a good time. The best thing about the club lounge was the automatic coffee machine best hot chocolate we have had from a machine. Basically service was dead at this place, I get more Interaction from my robot vacuum cleaner at home at least it talks to you. If it’s a special occasion like ours was and we had interactions before with the hotel about just what we were celebrating and they still didnt care just take your money somewhere else as we will be doing next time as there is enough places around that might want your business.
