Great location, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

The hotel is showing its age, which is evident in its facilities. However, the biggest disappointment was the overall standard of service and the staff’s attitude. When I called housekeeping to request a baby bath, it took almost two minutes for someone to answer. The female staff member who answered was unhelpful and showed very little patience. Due to the rainy weather, we wanted to borrow an umbrella. The two guests ahead of us were allowed to take umbrellas without being questioned. However, when we tried to take one, the doorman rushed over to stop us and questioned whether we were hotel guests. Even after I showed him my room key, he still appeared sceptical. Overall, the main issue was the staff’s attitude towards guests. The service fell well short of expectations.

The hallways and general thoroughfares need refurbishing

Location was great, rooms were clean and tidy , staff helpful.

Thought it was a bit pricey compared to other hotels I have stayed in that were nicer.
