Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise by IHG

The location and ambience in the foyer and pool and cafe areas

It was very dated and needs modernising

Everything was amazing

An Exceptional Stay Made Even More Memorable by Kunal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment my partner and I arrived to check in, we were treated like royalty! We were delighted to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, and the beautifully renovated rooms were simply stunning. However, what truly made our stay so memorable was the exceptional hospitality we received from Kunal at the front desk. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful gentleman. His warmth, kindness and genuine care made us feel so incredibly welcome. Kunal, thank you for going above and beyond and making our stay such a memorable experience. You are truly a beautiful human being, and an absolute asset to the hotel. We cannot wait to return! ❤️

There was nothing that we did not like.

Good breakfast options and safe area

On our second day, we put the housekeeping sign on our door at 9 am, but when we returned around 3 pm, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Just as we were trying to rest, housekeeping arrived. We asked if they could come back in an hour when we would be out, but they told us they only had another 30 minutes available to clean the room. I completely understand that things can get busy, but it was quite inconvenient, especially since we had requested housekeeping early in the morning. I believe better scheduling, prioritizations , and possibly additional staff could make a significant difference in improving the overall guest experience.
