Holiday Holiday Circle On Cavill Apartments

Lovely apartment with amazing views of beach and river. It worked well with the bedding arrangements and two bathrooms. Excellent location in the heart of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

It was difficult to find where to collect the key from. More information, including a map beforehand would've been helpful. We weren't given enough dishwash liquid, dishwasher powder, soap & toilet paper. For what we paid for the accommodation I don't think we should have had to purchase our own top ups.

The accomodation

The lifts didn’t work. It took 20 minutes to finally get a lift down to the car park. Then another 10 minutes to drive and find a park and then another 5 minutes to find the office to return the key. The location of the key pick up and drop off was inconvenient and hard to find.

Fantastic view from the apartment and central location.

The outdoor furniture was stained and unclean. Glass on the balcony was greasy and marked. Apartment smelt of very strong cooking owners from the previous tenants and still present on check out after airing the apartment out for 2 nights. Security deposit still hasn't been returned. When I contacted Holiday Holiday they said the bond had been refunded on their end and I need to take it up with my bank. It is 2 weeks post and I still haven't received the bond even after contacting my bank. Picking up of keys from a different location should be more prominent in the advert.

The bin was over flowing from previous tenants. I disliked the process of collecting the key, not enough information given about where to get it.
