Everything was exceptional, the staff were super friendly and helpful, beautifully decorated. I had dreamt about staying here when I was at uni and it lived up to my expectations and more. I only wish we had booked longer to get more treatments!

The weekend was a 40th wedding anniversary gift for our parents. It was absolutely beyond their expectations. The staff were so helpful, friendly and always the added little touch. Beautiful facilities. They absolutely loved the spa day as well. The pool was fantastic. Sumptuous food. Gorgeous views.

The hotel was lovely and the staff
For a 4 star hotel our bathroom was in a poor state,exsteamly dated, mould, damaged rotton bath panel, under sink cupboard dated and falling apart bedroom, carpet stained, some blown windows ,paint flaking around windows, chipped paint on headboard, dusky cobwebs, in the corner of the room,
Exsteamly poor in my opinion, when the rest of the hotel was so modern,
Would not recommend for this reason alone, was disappointed as it was for my wife 60th birthday.

Location is superb and breakfast is excellent
The room was not cheap and had the most bizarre bathroom door that didn't even close
Didn't bother mentioning it as staff very friendly but you never get anywhere
